Stylist Sam was available and I didn't name drop until the end of my service. But he knew we were first time customers since it seems all of these guys don't forget a face. Upon walking in, every stylist was already occupied except Sam. We were lucky to have caught him just returning from a break. My son is off to college soon and he wanted a new cut. We had an Asian fringe style in mind, with a photo on his cell, showed Sam what he wanted and the process started. First the hair wash, then to the haircut chair. Both processes were handled by Sam. Sam referenced the photo a few times and even asked questions during the cut to ensure my son wanted a certain side or sweep for his bangs. Very professional all throughout. Both of us were very happy with the results and we will be sure to return again for the next maintenance cut. I saw other customers getting color treatments and the results were fantastic.
