FYI - As patients, CA State Law dictates that signing an arbitration agreement for medical services is NOT a condition of care or admission to a facility (though the specific rules for individual physician offices like the LAM CLINIC can vary, most still provide care if a patient refuses). We have the right to refuse to sign the arbitration agreement and STILL receive the medical testing or treatment we need. The LAM Clinic requires the arbitration agreement to be signed to provide you care. They interrupted my session and refused to continue my consultation while already in the exam room for treatment unless I signed their arbitration agreement. Sharing this here so other new patients are aware of their policy. If I had known their service was contingent on this arbitration agreement I would not have spent hours filling out all other online and in office registration and consent forms, comprehensive questionnaire, gathering and submitting my confidential medical records, travelling and taking off from work. Suggestion: You obviously can deny service but to avoid terrible patient experience - you should have communicated at intake call and text - your LAM clinic's conditions of care includes specifically signing of arbitration agreement to patients BEFORE you deny service in the exam room and all other signed consent completed acknowledged no guarantee of outcomes, possible risks with conventional and functional treatments approved and not approved by the FDA, appt cancellation payment terms, treatment types, insurance, ID, etc. If your staff was ill informed and I should've continued with exam in progress then you need to train your staff accordingly. read more

I feel scammed , I saw people came here return their stuff so after I cancel my membership I came back they said is not refundable, I said they didn't let me know that the test kit is non-refundable,the lady at front desk told me to just toss it?! I was like it was expensive when I paid for it, I never open it,and the supplements only store credit so this is ridiculous read more
