The damage I wanted them to look at was fairly small and would've taken them no time to estimate, but no. Moreover, they explained that this was because I wanted to pay them out of pocket instead of going through my insurance. Suffice it to say, they didn't see that $50 and they sure as hell won't be working on my car. I went to another body shop who looked at the car and gave me a fair estimate on the spot.

From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free.
