These people are scumbag. they took my car after accident, and claimed additional services that wasnt provided. (towing and storing vehicle), consequently my insurance has denied my claim and had to pay out of my pocket. paid 7500 for front bumper replacement with shitted paintings. moreover, they tied the bumper to the vehicle without assembling it properly. And missing all my body parts(didnt fix anything, just outlook work). Price gouging are real. searched the part number from invoice, and it was 10times more expensive than original price. Never returning. Was recommended by my parents -- so I thought it would be reputable but I have been proven wrong. Had tires replaced as well as a front bumper on my IS250 that needed a paint job on it as well. They literally scratched and chipped off the edges of my rims on my tires with sharp edges protruding outwards. As if that wasn't bad enough, the paint job that they charged a premium for on my front bumper was done irresponsibly with corners and edges chipping off literally a month after. The color for my car is "White Pearl" and all the edges and corners are starting to peel off. Those areas where it is starting to peel has started to affect the rest of the bumper paint job with it showing cracks and ripples across the proximity of the edges/corners. You won't believe how many times I've walked into a shop to see estimates on these damages with the employees all telling me the same thing: "What a shit job...who did this?" God damn... read more

They are scammers. Do not go here. I got into a not at fault accident and I came to this place for a quote. They gave me a quote for how much it would be to fix the damage and price didn't go over $600 (wasn't a bad accident; just the bumper was pushed in). So with that, we got our money from the insurance company and we decided to just pop out the bumper ourselves. But, the custom auto body calls me and tells me that the insurance company is coming out for an inspection for the car. I've told them they already inspected my car and they told me they needed to do a 2nd inspection. I actually work as an insurance agent, so this wasn't a surprise; insurance company often do that. Only thing that was odd was that insurance company called the auto body and not me, but, really didn't matter to me. So I brought the car to them and the next day I call them, and they tell me that it was just a bumper that got pushed in, so they will just pop it out for free. So, I said why not? It's free....AND THIS IS WHERE IT WENT WRONG. I came to pick up my vehicle 2 WEEKS LATER because they kept telling me they didn't fix the damn car yet (for Christ sake, its just a pushed in bumper), so after two weeks, I ran out of patience, so I told them I'll just come get it, and they popped it out that day. I pick up the car, and everything was good; I left the auto body, and 5 minutes later, they give me a call and says, "you forgot to drop off the check." I'm like, what the hell? they clearly told me its free. And they change the words saying "when did we ever say that?" Wow... just wow. I work as insurance agent and therefore, my phone calls get recorded. For the next 2 weeks, they've been continuously calling me and for the last time they called, they told me that they will sue me if I don't give it to them. Really? you guys are the ones who's gonna sue me? I got so angry and this is the exact words I said to them: "Please go ahead and sue me. I work as an insurance agent and for all these times you've been calling, like from the time I first visited you guys, all calls been recorded. Which means that you telling me that you guys are going to do it for free... yeah, that's recorded too. So please sue me so I can tell the judge how malicious you guys are." and they literally couldn't say a word and after that, they never called me back. hahaha... it felt so good. But like seriously, you really trying to scam and sue me over something that's less than $600? You guys are a freaking auto body shop and going to go crazy over something that's probably your less than a month of your insurance payment?? People, they will scam you in any way possible if it's involved money. Like I mentioned earlier, it was odd for an insurance carrier to call the auto body for 2nd inspection, so I called the insurance carrier and they told me that the auto body called them for 2nd inspection to be done, NOT THE INSURANCE COMPANY. On top of that, they received over $1600 from the insurance company after the 2nd inspection which I found out later on. That tells me that when I brought the car into them for 2 weeks, they HAVE been messing up my car to get more money off of the insurance company. When I heard this, yeah, I thought about suing them actually. But, I hate long processes for I know this case will go on for years. So I decided to drop it; I'm not gonna go crazy over money like them. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Ive been using custom auto body for a long time ; I remember like 5 years ago I brought my Cadillac CTS and Tony gave me an estimate to have the CTS-V grill put in. I was happy with the estimate and then asked him how much would it cost to by the CTS-V grill with the Cadillac emblem in the middle (because standard V grills are just mesh across). It was about 100$ more or 200$ more. I would've happily paid it but I was young and in school and didn't have the cash. So what he end up doing? Buying the more expensive one (I know the prices of these things like the back of my hand) and didn't charge me the difference, all because he knew I wanted it but was short on cash. That's the kind of business Custom Auto Body is. Ever since then, any accidents, Tony (The owner) would always rush to help out. He even gave me his cell phone to contact him if hes not in - for an update on my car. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else to be completely honest. This place is horrible. 1. Lady customer service is worst i've seen, no return phone call. 2. Lady lies about parts being shipping without checking with seller.
