I'm really glad that I gave Sacramento Jewelers my business today. It's a family owned jewelry store and I was greeted with a warm smile at the door. When I asked about replacing the batteries in my watches, instead of disappointment for such a small request, I received a very cordial and friendly response. Both batteries were installed in under 20 minutes and it was a total of $30. $15 each, and these were not inexpensive watches. I couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended and I'll come back to have a look at their jewelry and gold collection in the future.

They were nice and helpful, he learned a lot and in the end felt good about his decisions. They were never pushy. They helped us find designs we liked and that messed well with our personalities and preferences. I hope they continue to exist for a long long time, after all we plan to get anniversary rings.
