I do not recommend this doctor or office. He over charges, even if you have insurance he will not accept it. He tries to get your money up front and a lot of it. He misdiagnosed a mandibular tori (bone growth) and said I had a failed implant. He wanted to charge me $1,000's to remove it and replace it. His treatment plan and prognosis was a farce. Just a way to fool another innocent victim. Steer clear of his incompetence and fraud. He also prescribed an over dose of antibiotic which sent me to the emergency room. He did not care and neither did his office staff. They just got defensive. He charged me $640 for this misdiagnosis. Horrible experience. Dr. Grenevicki has dedicated studies to making the MOST MONEY from his clients, the best way he can . . . the head & neck region with an emphasis on correcting facial deformities, an interest that sprouted while earning a DDS degree at the Medical College of Virginia. read more

Terrible experience. My daughter went there to have a wisdom tooth removed. Paid upfront 800 dollars on credit card. (even though they are a provider on my insurance. the Insurance reimbursed them and we only owed $65 dollars. called and spoke to Pam (office manager) to see about getting reimbursed the $735 dollars and first was told they had no idea of the amount to be reimbursed because the file was "archived". this had been less than a month prior! then was told that an outside office does the reimbursements and they would not give us the name or phone number of the company. after reading these reviews I agree that it is very unprofessional and I doubt I will even get reimbursed. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge and tell them the situation. Very unhappy and disappointed with this office. My daughter's experience was horrible and traumatic. she paid for nitrous oxide ($300) but they kept telling her it was only for children and she said she didn't feel like they even gave her any and basically tried to shame her for asking for it. Dr. Grenevicki was nice and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately his office manager Pam is very rude and dishonest. His office staff covers for her. She says she is filing for pre-authorizations but doesn't. Says you owe money but don't. Says you have to pay a co-pay and when you show her you don't, she still insists on payment. I don't know if the doctor is aware of the tactics his office is using as they will not let you talk with him, refuse to take message or make a new appointment to speak with the doctor directly. You are pushed around by Pam and she makes it very clear SHE is in charge not the doctor (per her words). I would not recommend anyone use this office due to the staff. It is not worth the headache nor the dis-respect. I filed a complain with our insurance carrier due to the lack of response from his staff. read more

I must agree with the other folks. The Dr, is absolutely awesome but the staff is not. It kills the whole experience. I am thinking that somehow there must be a relationship between Dr. and staff otherwise he would have fired one in particular years ago. I had my wisdom teeth removed here 2 months ago, and I can't thank the staff and doctor enough for their patience and kindness. I was terrified to say the least; this was my first surgery of any kind. Day of the operation I was crying and being a bit dramatic (I am almost 31, this is not okay lol) but they were super patient and understanding. Dr. Grenevicki checked to see how I was that same evening, and the office staff did the same one week and then two weeks later. Amazing experience all around, thank you all SO much! My husband had a cracked tooth and was in immense pain. Our regular dentist referred him here (even called and made the appointment for us) for a tooth extraction. When we arrived, my husband realized he had forgotten his wallet so he had no ID on him. They refused service! I know this is probably a policy but they didn't even try to help us out by calling our dentist to get a copy of his ID that they had on file, or even suggest other dentists we could try to get into immediately. And when I asked if they had a later appointment available so that we could go home, get his ID and come back, they wouldn't even try to fit him in because in his pain and frustration, he cursed at himself for forgetting his wallet. So they banned him for profanity! I don't know how well the dentist's work is, but based on his front office staff, I wouldn't recommend going here. read more

I went to Dr. Grenevicki for a biopsy on a spot on the under side of my tongue, my dentist was fearful it may be cancer. Dr. Grenevicki had me in for a consultation visit first. He told me, smiling, almost like a laugh, he was sure it was cancer. I asked if he was kidding. He said, no. He was sure but he'd do a biopsy anyway to remove it, but he was sure it's cancer. Then proceeded to tell me how it spreads to the lymph nodes, mouth, how you soon can't swallow & many die within 5 years. All the while smiling like it was funny. His staff overcharged- my co-pay was $20, but the girl at the desk said it was $36. I asked her to call my health insurance because I had checked that day, it was $20. She refused & was nasty. I paid $36. My health insurance has called her ( she was wrong it was $20), she said she'd send a check for $16 to me, never did. Insurance called 2 times , both times said they have never had a doctors office speak so rudely to them. A found another doctor to do the biopsy- Guess what?? IT WAS NOT CANCER !! Thank God I had enough sense to go to another doctor. This guy is a QUACK!! Rude incompetent staff!! You have been warned!! read more

The Dr was very nice and seemed like he was very competent. His office staff is less impressive. I called the office to advise I believe I had a dry socket. She told me I was wrong and to just keep taking the pain medicine. I waited a 3 more days and called for the same reason. She asked me to come in and advised me that I did in fact have a dry socket. I had to suffer for 4 extra days and take countless pain pills which I do not like to do because she did not listen to what I was telling her on the phone. I understand people complain when there is a little pain but I know my body and I know when there is an issue. On the other side of the office there are more issues. They did not submit my claims to the insurance company making the decision that my X-Rays would not be covered. I insisted for it to be submitted. They were covered and a check was issued to the office. I called 2 1/2 months later asking about my refund for this and was advised they were still waiting on care credit to send them their money before they could refund it. I waited another month and a half and called care credit who advised the payment was sent to them the same week as the procedure. When I called the office AGAIN for a refund she advised it will still take almost a week to process it. I have never dealt with a medical office where I had to beg and plead for a refund that the insurance company issued to them. I would not recommend this office due to the current staff. If the Dr was to hire a new staff, I might consider it as I though he was good. Unfortunately a Dr is only as good as his staff. Find another Dr in my opinion!!! read more

The doctor is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. His office staff on the other hand is horrible and really will treat you awful. The one receptionist named Pam is so awful I will not deal with her at all. She said she would courtesy credit me 160.00 off of my total if I brought in cash or check the refused my check and wanted me to pay the full amount for my daughters oral surgery. They refused to take my daughter back until payment was made which was not an issues but for me to have a cashiers check made would take more then 15 mins which was the time limit Pam game me to come up with the payment. She then threatened to call the police only grandfather because he was angry and she wasn't going to be talked to a certain way. I am sorry who threatens to call the police on a patient for being angry and doing it in front of a 7 year old. His other front desk receptions made a remark as to me having my mother there with me. Who I bring to an appointment with me is none of the office staffs business. As I said before the doctor is amazing but until he replaces his office staff I.e. PAM I would steer clear of them she may call the police on you. read more

I called this office today in incredible pain, with an urgent referral related to cancer. This is the only oral surgeon in Brevard County who is affiliated with my health care plan. The person answering the phone informed me that they would need imaging studies (not a surprise) but also, that they don't submit claims for them to insurance and I needed to be able to pay for them up front. She quoted prices to me that were over $100 and higher, depending.This is ridiculous. Just about every other dental and physician office in the universe routinely gets authorization and payment for imaging studies from insurance plans. No patient who has insurance should be hit for several hundred dollars for a series of x-rays or a CT scan, because a surgeon is unwilling to file insurance claims, and prefers instead to hit patients for whatever amount they wish for the imaging studies. I went back online and found someone in the Orlando area who is participating in my health insurance, and probably a better fit for my issue, anyway. I try to stay local when I can but not being willing to bill insurers for diagnostic services is weird and wrong. read more
