Our circumstances did not follow the usual reason for looking for a reliable body shop...we purchased what was supposed to be a 2025 certified pre owned (CPO) Hyundai from a dealership. We found out after the fact that the vehicle actually does not qualify as a CPO due the having been involved in an accident and having a front fender and a front door replaced with parts that do not have VINs that match the VIN of the vehicle. To further complicate this, the GM at the dealer claims ignorance of this absolute fact stating that they relied on the Carfax that does not show an accident...well, if his statement was actually true, then "why" were the photos in CPO inspection documentation that we were provided altered to attempt to show the correct VIN on front passenger door (if you actually were NOT aware of the vehicle being in an accident, then you would not need to FAKE the photo....right?) At any rate this has been referred to the Hyundai National Customer service folks. Hyundai National asked for all the documentation that we could provide so we asked the good folks at Master Match Collision Repair to conduct a forensic inspection of our vehicle and issue a written statement of findings. Conclusions - Right front fender, no VIN tag, was replaced, right front door, wrong VIN tag, had been replaced, right rear door repainted, missing gromets, right front fender liner damaged and should be replaced. Passenger side missing three retainer clips that help hold the front bumper cover on. We found that the VIN on front passenger door belonged to a donor vehicle, a 2024 Elantra (ours is a 2025) that was totaled in or around Temple in July 2025. This is probably where the front fender came from....SO, we are thankful for the great, professional, and prompt assistance from the good people (Roland in particular) at Master Match for the assist in finding all the issues and helping us prove that the dealership (not naming them here yet) sold us a vehicle with undisclosed prior damage and while they claim ignorance using the "Carfax" excuse, they cannot explain faking the CPO document photo. If you need outstanding, professional assistance with your vehicle, please consider Master Match, they are good and honest folks at a time in the world when you do not know who you can trust, trust Master Match.

From the start, Jeff was awesome--super patient, answered all my questions, and kept me updated even while I was traveling. When I picked up the truck, Atnan walked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the work. The customer service here really stands out. The repair timeline was actually pretty fast on the shop's side. Most of the delays came from the insurance back‑and‑forth, not the team doing the work. If you want things to move quicker, my advice is to start your claim before dropping off your vehicle. Once everything was approved, they had my truck back to me in about 9 business days. I also got text updates the whole way--submitted estimate, parts ordered, in line for paint, all of it. It made the process way less stressful. It's been two weeks since the repairs were finished, and after a power wash the paint and trim still look amazing. No mismatched panels, no weird texture differences--just clean, factory‑fresh work. There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either. Next time I have a need for any body work or if anyone asks me of a good body shop, I'll be referring them to these guys. Pics attached of the original issue.

My wife and I were rear-ended on a Friday afternoon while driving out of town. Luckily it was more of a fender-bender than a true accident. We scheduled an appointment with T-Paint the following week and Brendan and Stephanie both came out and looked over our vehicle, taking pictures. They finished the estimate with lightning speed, and we made another appointment to drop off the vehicle the following week, as the repairs were pretty involved. Picking up our vehicle, the impact points on the body were totally nonexistent, and the cargo boxes mounted on the back had been re-balanced and tuned. They actually opened BETTER than beforehand (which was probably my fault as an amateur gear installer). We settled up at the front desk and drove away. We contacted them and the earliest appointment to evaluate the hail damage was the 20th of September due to Covid and hight volume. We went back on the 20th and saw a sign on the door to please stay in the car and call the office because of Covid. We did that, left a message but nobody returned our call. We left after 30 minutes and kept calling the number posted on the door every 30 minutes. After 5 hours we got Tina Escamilla on the phone. She was very friendly, however, could not remember that we had an appointment for the hail damage evaluation. She also stated that we entered a busy deer season and we are just to buys to deal with hail damage at this time. We had previously good experiences with EBS that is why we waited that long just to get an appointment. We are very disappointed with the communication and of course administration of our case at Escamilla's.... Now we lost 3 month and have start from scratch.
