From reputable detailing companies to fine German oils and coolants. Any other auto zone or advanced auto parts are always missing stuff or have regular basic accessories you can buy anywhere else. I didn't want to write this review because didn't feel to share such a good store with others. I give you example. Liqui Moli oil or Audi bmw specific coolant is hard to find same day and they have it. Meguirs ultimate compound? Out of stock every where but they have it. The owner of Hilna, the eminent Louie Gelman is nasty, obnoxious and often verbally abusive. He has more used tires filling every area of his shop than he could possibly sell in fifteen lifetimes. He could squeeze so much blood out of a dime, you have to wonder why his hands are always filthy black from grime, and not red. And he will charge regular long term customers as much as three times more than almost any other mechanic will charge. If Louie gets lost under his tires one day, and if Ronny comes back and takes over, keeping Jimmy and the other honest and competent mechanics who have worked there for many years, this would truly be an amazing shop. As it is, it has one major serious fault that makes many people like me walk away and never look back. That flaw, of course, is a cheap nasty little hustler named Louie.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Plaza Honda Service Department. I came in…read moreexpecting basic support, but instead was met with inconsistency and poor customer service. First, they refused to honor a tire warranty I had from another dealership, which was already disappointing. Then, I was told they don't offer Sunbit financing for amounts over $1,000. When I questioned this, they suddenly backtracked on that statement, which made the whole situation feel unprofessional and unreliable. To make matters worse, I was told a single tire would cost around $310 and that they would "see what they can do" on the price. That kind of vague response, especially for something that expensive, didn't inspire any confidence and felt like they were just trying to smooth things over without actually helping. Overall, this experience has completely turned me off from this service department. I will not be returning, and at this point, I'm seriously reconsidering ever purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again.
