The customer service here is GREAT! I saw a listing for a Lexus RCF on their website and inquired for more information on it. Brenna IMMEDIATELY texted me back with all the details and gave me convenient times to call. The whole process of buying the car took about a week because I had to sell my old one, but the entire time Brenna was so patient and so helpful! Other places that had an RCF said they would hold the car for me if I put a down payment, but Brenna held it for us anyways without us even asking! She was the most helpful person. She literally did so much for me, kept us updated every single day, and made sure the car would go to us. I'm based in Utah, so once the payment was made she shipped the car out to us immediately and kept us updated w the shipment. Best salesperson I have literally ever met! If you want to buy a car this is the place WITH Brenna. This girl deserves a raise!!!

About a month after driving it, the paint on the bumper and fender started peeling, which I found strange. When I reached out to them, their staff was extremely rude, evasive, and dismissive, insisting they had nothing to do with it and that it was my job to ask if the car had been wrecked -- which I actually did during the purchase. The salesman falsely claimed later that he told me. I took the vehicle to a trusted body shop, and that's when everything came to light. The entire front clip had clearly been repainted poorly, without proper primer, and that's why the paint is peeling. The bumper had glue and zip ties instead of proper clips, and worst of all -- the airbags had previously deployed and been repaired, something they absolutely knew when they sold it to me. They intentionally hid this major damage from me, banking on the fact that it wasn't reported to Carfax. It's a textbook example of how some dealers manipulate the "clean Carfax" label. I even tried filing a lawsuit, only to be told I couldn't because I unknowingly signed an arbitration agreement required to buy the car. This is not just shady -- it feels like fraud. They sold me what was advertised as a premium vehicle, fully aware of its condition. I still don't know if my airbags even work properly. Please be very careful if you're considering buying from them. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

Right from the jump, he was incredibly straightforward. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, and absolutely no need to waste time haggling over the price. He gave it to us straight, which is so rare and refreshing in the car-buying world. Our Finance Manager, Michael was equally amazing. Financing a vehicle can usually feel like pulling teeth, but Michael made it a breeze. He was efficient, thorough, and just a great guy to talk to. I still can't believe it, but we spent a grand total of only three hours at the dealership. That included the test drive of three used Sequoias, picking the one we liked out of the three, the vehicle inspection, and getting all the final paperwork squared away with finance. We've all heard or experienced the horror stories of spending 6 to 8 hours at a dealership, but Chris and Michael valued our time and had us on the road in a flash. What stood out to us the most was the sheer respect we received. Walking into dealerships can sometimes feel intimidating, but Chris and Michael provided a truly delightful customer experience without a single ounce of judgment or prejudice. They treated us like family from the moment we walked through the doors. We love our new (used) Sequoia Capstone and we can recommend Toyota of Cedar Park without a doubt. Go see (ask for) Chris and Michael they will take incredible care of you! Now the great part of the experience we learned Chris was a veteran like ourselves. While they're inspecting the car, Fransisco notices I need a new battery. "Eh, out of budget for me right now" I tell him. BUT WAIT Instead of trying to sell me a battery, the legend Cisco points out that a new battery is covered under warranty for my 2022 Lincoln Corsair. "I don't have a warranty" says I. "You do for 9 more days!" says he. So I come back Monday for a new battery. In and out in 90 minutes, I am -- but the whole time I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. And drop it does. Jimmy tells me I need new hood struts. Again, I'm no fool -- I'm not falling for this upsell. le sigh Okay Jimmy, what's that gonna run me? "Oh we can get it covered under your warranty since it's still good and it's when the car is dropped off that matters." "Oh!" I respond, completely surprised, looking around for that other shoe that never hit me. Okay can we do it today? "Well..." Ah, here it comes I'm thinking. "It takes a week or two to replace those." THERE IT IS! I knew there was a catch! Except... "But don't sweat it because we can get you a rental under your warranty for the whole time it's in the shop!" This is wild. Okay, I'll be back tomorrow (12/16/25, cutting it close). I get home and get a call from Tracy. "Hey there, this is Tracy from Covert -- I'm calling because you may have gotten some bad information on rental coverage." Bummer. I knew it was too good to be true. Except Tracy called me back the next day and said they worked it out and I'm good to go! So I bring in the car on 12/18 (eek, 3 days left of warranty), they order me a lyft to take me to hertz, get me my big ol' SUV that fits me (I'm large) and tell me my coverage is good for 10 days. This is slightly worrisome with the holidays and all, but they assure me it'll get done. I call on the 26th for an update, and they tell me the parts were ordered that day and take 2-3 business days to arrive. I voice my concern about my coverage ending the 28th on the rental, and get a call back from Patrick that afternoon. "Don't sweat it, we got your rental coverage extended another 10 days!" WOW. Fast forward to Tuesday, 12/30 (well past warranty end now), and I get a call from Cisco. "Hey Mr. Bengal, mixed news for you sir -- the car is ready BUT there was an issue when we were doing the struts. TLDR (too late for that but still) the warranty wouldn't actually be able to cover the struts, but because they said it would, they honored it on their end by applying a bunch of discounts. Cisco felt bad, but let me know I *would* have to pay a bit. Total out of pocket: $21.85. I brought them a catering tray to show my appreciation, but that damn sure isn't enough so I'm writing to share the experience. and let everyone know that I will 100% be buying my next car (looking at a Lincoln Nautilus) from Covert Ford/Lincoln, and splurging for the extended warranty -- all because of Tracy, Cisco, Jimmy, and Patrick. This is the first time in my life that i've ever felt like my service center is trying to help me rather than trying to upsell me, and I couldn't be happier to have car trouble!

Everyone here…read moreis a self proclaimed hustler and the managers act like you're a joke to them when you even attempt to negotiate. I had a sales pitch given to me while I was trying to buy a new Denali ultimate and when I wouldn't budge on my offer they sent in the "closer". A even bigger clown to come tell me that what I was asking for was not going to happen and all the add ons and garbage they put on the vehicle was non negotiable. As usual lol. Anyways as soon as I asked if he was the manager he was like "no" so I asked then why did he think he was going to have the authority to get me to back off my requests to remove the cost of the trash ceramic coating and other items that have no value to me. When I told him I had a friends and family discount on top of not wanting to pay for the addendum items he really lost his mind and laughed in my face as if me the customer who is trying to buy a $100k vehicle is supposed to be the one seeking approval and begging him for business. He let me know I was never going to get the deal I wanted and also let me know he didn't care if I bought anything at all as if he didn't believe me even though I spend a good two hours hearing his BS as if anyone there is actually worth listening to for that long. Well funny enough I called the family member who gave me the friends and family discount who then called the companies district manager . I was then directed over to Cadillac next door where I was greeted by the manager a sales rep who apologized for their neighbors trashy behavior and not only did I get a friends and family discount below MSRP I got a Escalade in the same color I would have got the Denali in. I thought I wrote this review but I saw that I never got around to it so I thought I'd share the experience because while I was recently looking for a new GMC 2500 AT4X AEV I was reminded why you should stay far far away from this dump. If you need a GMC and don't want to go over to Cadillac I highly recommend Cavender Buick GMC in San Antonio. They were my second choice before Cadillac had contacted me. The employees there are outstanding and genuinely trying to sell vehicles for a good deal. They were also going to honor my friends and family discount but I hesitated because I live in North Austin and didn't want to make the drive unless it was absolutely necessary. I highly suggest never coming to this covert GMC location. It's a headache and they are all scammers. This is my real life experience with people who literally would rather laugh in my face and not make a sale than to budge on anything. Seems dumb to lose out on $100k sale for added on fees and a General Motors Friends and Famiky discount that literally comes from the manufacturer. What idiots hahaha thanks to them I have a beautiful new Cadillac Escalade . Couldn't have done it without their denial of my purchase. (Instead of saying anything to try and remedy this review why don't you fix everyone's trashy attitude and stop being so shady at this dealership)

I found the car online and had to drive from Galveston to Hutto to go get it. John held the car for me for 2-3 days until I could get out there; even though, he had other offers on it. When we got there, he handed me the keys, and allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves, trusting us to come back. Neither him, nor his friend and co-worker, Mike, bothered us while we were looking at the car, checking for damage, making sure all the buttons, lights, etc. worked; and that the car was in good condition. They were actually helpful and answered all of our questions with no pressure. They were no hassle, straight-up, and to the point. Not to mention, they gave us a great deal on the price!!! They made the car buying process quick and painless, in fact, it was a very pleasant experience. He even offered to take care of us, if any issues happened after we purchased the car. Additionally, they recommended a cute cafe for us to eat at afterwards, which was delicious and another pleasant experience. Needless to say, it was well worth the long drive to Hutto, and we will definitely be purchasing our next car from them. It is rare to find genuine, honest, good people like John and Mike. I called and left a message Monday morning and received a call back from the owner, John Phillips. I pass by his lot every day coming and going and noticed that he always seemed to have lots of nice looking stock on hand. I was in the market for a late model Infiniti and noticed that he had several on hand. When John called me back, I delivered my typical "This ain't my first rodeo speech," so as to let him know that I was not going to be a push over. John was very humble and friendly, it was immediately apparent to me that working with him was going to be fun and easy. After speaking on the phone a few times, curiosity finally got the better of me and I stopped by after work. John is a man's man who loves to talk about fishing and his kids, and we got along famously. He presented me with several options, and earned my trust by revealing several aspects of the deal that are normally kept from customers. It was an educational experience, even for someone like me whose bought several cars and has friends who have their dealers license. The car had some minor imperfections, but John made some calls and got me taken care of. As it turns out, this is not his first rodeo either and he is incredibly well connected, and apparently incredibly influential with his business contacts as he was able to get me some nice freebies and discounts. Having purchased 10 cars since moving to Austin, most of them at Austin Infiniti, I had a good basis for comparison for rating a car buying experience. John and Texas Auto Ranch are far and away the best I've ever encountered, and because of integrity, his personality, and his willingness to go above and beyond, he's earned a customer for life. Here are some pointers: 1. Call him first to find out if he has what you want, or visit his website. 2. He may be able to find what you want if he doesn't already have it. 3. Be nice and you'll be amazed at the level of service you receive. 4. Give John a shot at your financing even if you already have your own lined up. He could have saved me some money, as it turns out. 5. Compare his prices to anyone in town; you'll be amazed. 6. Tell him that you contacted him because of his YELP page, so he'll believe me when I tell him it will actually increase his sales.
