Drove down to Lander's Motors from Seattle for a truck we found online and were happy with the experience! Chris and Patrick were great to work with. They gave us a lot of insight and there are a lot of perks buying from them if you like the big truck kind of thing. Only disappointment to mention is the truck we purchased's oil light was at 3%. it drove excellent the whole way home, but because we know the oil should be changed before it reaches 3%, we haven't really been able to drive it until we get in for an oil change tomorrow. overall, I'd give Lander's Motors an A, but bummed we can't truly enjoy our new truck yet. read more

1st time online buyer- Got an alert on my phone about a Ram that had everything I was looking for in a truck. I called the dealership. Terrible customer service and prices don't buy a car here and regret it like everyone else

I had previously purchased a truck from Landers Motors and had a good experience. When the time came to purchase another vehicle we had reached out to Landers Motors with questions about Tesla cars. We received a phone call one week later that they found exactly what we were looking for and that it would arrive in a few days. I had reached out to my Credit Union to prep for financing as to have the smoothest transaction when I arrived to pick up my vehicle (time is something I greatly value). When I arrived Mark asked me if I would like to give them a shot to beat my Credit Union (with rate), I thought what the heck. Mark came back 20 minutes later and saved me some money with a better interest rate. Even after the deal was done, Chris spent an hour going over all the cool things our car could do and making sure that we were comfortable driving it. read more

don't waist your time or money here. he's your typical nightmare used car salesman! he's buying rusted out Canadian trucks putting some lipstick on them and selling them. after having it a week I tried to balance the tires out two times with no luck. it goes back into the shop to try to get it to drive decent next week. its been a nightmare. the truck supposedly had 13,000 miles on it. I'm now doubting that's even the case. i thought I was getting a good deal at 89,000.00 but it's looking like ill be spending 10,000.00 plus to get it to drive and ride right, buy new tires, and have the bumpers painted correctly. i hope that's all I have to do, but it fees to me like the ball joints are toast too. he's not standing behind any of it after several attempts. this my first review in my life.
