This place has some great New York style pizza. One of my buddies got it for an event we were having and I was blown away. The char on the crust is perfect. We had the pepperoni, buffalo chicken, and meat lovers. All three were delicious. The Buffalo chicken was my favorite. I didn't want to stop eating it.

Best damn pizza we have had in a long time! After a day of sightseeing, we were too tired to go out for dinner. Pizza was the perfect option. So, as a Yelper I scrolled until I found something great. Most importantly it had to be delivery. This was our first time trying Landini's so you can't really go wrong with a pepperoni and mushroom, right! The Pizzeria was too far from our hotel across from the bay. Delivery was efficient and quick.... Upon delivery, our pizza was nice and hot. Like I said, it was the best damn pizza we have had in a while. We just wish we lived closer. Please get a location(s) in LA. Specifically the San Fernando Valley. Please lol

Hits the spot in terms of grab and go pizza stop or casual dine in. Already made pizza at the counter in window display and one just orders up. I adore their hot chili oil on the tables and low key vibes. A great place for something to bite on like pizza while having to handle a toddler.

Came here on a busy Friday night and service was fast and good. The pizza was delicious, nice and thin. They have tables outside to sit which was nice because inside is small and hot in this night. Would definitely return.

Good, walk -up and order, take it away or quickly eat your pies or slice . We took ours to go but there is a small dine-in area in the back. They have a serve-yourself water dispenser. Straight to the point, just plain-good New-York style pizza. We tried the mushroom, tomato and basil, and spinach pizza. All were a hit. The crust has a hint of garlic and butter. Perfect crunch, satisfied my pizza craving for the night. Reasonably priced for today's inflated prices.

Wanted to just bring in some pizza for dinner. Since we were in Little Italy we had a plethora of places to choose from. After some consideration and reviewing Yelp scores, we decided to try this place. The prices were pretty solid and the online ordering was very easy. I walked up the road to pick up the pizza. I was pleasantly surprised to find that although I was about 10 minutes early the pizza was ready. The folks inside working were very friendly. I was surprised how light the box was when I picked it up. But then I remembered it was a NY style pizza, a style that I prefer over the thicker crust pizzas. The pizza was still warm when I arrived back to my room. We started a movie, cracked open a beer and dig into the pizza. It was pretty decent. Huge slices, thin crust and tons of pepperoni. We all enjoyed it a lot.

Great location in Little Italy and ideal for grabbing a quick bite. The different seating areas are a plus, including inside, outside and a cute little patio in the back and extra plus that its dog-friendly. They have a good variety of pizzas which are already made and on display that they reheat for you. The pizza is decent with a thin crust and crunchy crust but can be a little greasy. Slices were a little more than expected and customer service was ok, but perhaps they were new. Overall a good pizza joint.

Our go to spot for a quick easy bite whenever we're in Little Italy. So many varieties of pizza, quick walk up service and priced right. We love to grab a table outside, people watch and enjoy the weather. The sign says buy 3 slices get one free every day but they did not offer us our 4th slice on this visit, a little disappointed.

In all the pizza joints in Little Italy, you should walk into this one. This place clearly earns the label "Pizza Joint". They have more on the menu but the pizza keeps them coming back. It's more of a takeout place but there are a few tables on the side and in front. Be aware most of the tables outside belong to the restaurant upstairs. Seems a common mistake to sit at the wrong table. We had 2 pasta dishes as well but, trust me, you came for the pizza. (Pasta will be on paper plates.) It's an order counter but they bring the food to you if you're dine-in. The guys were nice and we enjoyed the place.

Very good tasting pizza but absolutely ridiculous that a plain cheese slice costs $5.99...WTF...should cost no more than $3.50--coming from an ex NY'er who has eaten at countless pizza establishments in NYC and many other cities.

I always grab a slice or two when in little Italy! Quick fast and very good pizza! What i like about this place is they make fresh pasta dishes. My favorite is their Carbonara!! (Restaurant quality from a pizza joint) Service is fast but friendly. Very cool and casual spot to grab some really solid food.

Walking around the farmer's market and we stumbled upon this gem pizzeria. Parking might be crazy but it's worth it. My hubby and I took the mts from mission valley area. High quality pizza, great customer service, and outdoor seating what more can I say?! Best experience. Best ricotta pizzas. Dreams really do come true guys. You have to check this place out ASAP rocky! Thank ya!

first off I wanna start off by saying the food was very good. However, there was many bugs. When we sat down to eat inside, we saw at least two roaches, which is an OK thing, but one was on the table, so it did kind of gross us out. And there was multiple fruit flies hovering over our food that also grossed us out. Another thing that I'm debating to mention is a hair in the chicken wing, but that can be a hair from the chicken. I don't know. Take that with a grain of salt. We would give this place a five if the environment was clean, but it wasn't. so in summary food is a 10 customer service is a 10 but sanitary 0. and we paid about 60 bucks for our meal.

Is this a good place for a large group? Have put of town guest and want to do lunch probably 20-25

Make sure you let them know in advance. You would have to do the patio out back and it's a popular spot.

    Do you have vegan cheese?

    Yes, Daya cheese.

How many people does one pizza feed, approximately?

If you're a true pizza monster, then you could eat the whole thing yourself! If not, I would say you could feed 4-6 people with one pizza... pfft... weenies.

The first impression was made in the parking lot. The attendant was really friendly and I think we got lucky, because we got one of the last spots. So far so good. The second impression was also made in the parking lot. It smells amazing! Moving inside, the first thing you see is a decent sized Italian Market with a lot of products and to go items. We looked around after dining and there are a lot of things you can't find in your typical grocery store. Our party of four was seated quickly and we were greeted by Lisa almost immediately. She was fast, friendly, attentive, and always nearby when needed. The dining room has a lot of character. And if you like Chianti bottles, you're in for a treat. Originally, we were thinking pizza, but ultimately, we each ordered our own entrees. Our group tried the ravioli, the meatball sandwich, the Shrimp Filippi, and I had the lasagna. I've been disappointed by lasagna at other places. Sometimes the portion is underwhelming, or it's cold in the middle. That is not the case at Filippi's! My portion was huge, piping hot, and delicious. I ate every bite. Did I mention how quickly our food arrived at the table. It was scary fast considering how good the food is. Also, they have the best garlic bread, so splurge and get some. Filippi's has been around for a long time for good reason. It's the next best thing to homemade. Thanks for a great meal! The wait time was reasonable and it wasn't too crazy after 8 PM. They don't have very much parking in the lot but we got lucky and found a spot near the back. The hostess and servers were all very pleasant and accommodating. The food was served promptly which was appreciated since we didn't have lunch at the convention. My son ordered the eggplant parmigiana dinner which came with a side of cheese ravioli. He had nothing but positive things to say about it. My wife and I split a sausage and mushroom pizza. It came out piping hot with a nice thick layer of gooey cheese. Just the way I like it. It was very good but not quite as good as I remembered. Still, I consider it a very good pizza. Just not mind blowing. Filippi's has been around for a very long time and a trip to San Diego is never complete without a stop here. If you've never been, you have to try it at least once.

We order and then that is the last we see of him. I ordered linguine with clams, mussels, and shrimp while it was delicious I was not offered a plate or bowl for the shells. My partner was not offered cheese for his pasta. The manager was mulling about the host stand and looked right at us several times after I had finished my cocktail with no acknowledgement or offer for me to order another drink. So while the food was good the service defiantly left something to be desired. I will say that the server for the table next to us (Melanie/Melody?) seemed lovely and happy to be at work with her table.

We began…read morethe meal with the mini fried calzones with mozzarella and tomato sauce inside and they were great. You could tell the bread was super fresh and high quality so I would recommend it. Next, we got a glass of prosecco. I told the waiter that I only like wine that tastes much more sweet then bitter or strong and he made a perfect suggestion along with giving us a sampler of 3 different wines which was so generous. I got to try them all and pick the one I liked the most, but even the samples were a generous size. For main course I got one of the current options for the cheese wheel pasta they make in front of you in cacio e pepe and my husband got the formaggi pizza with truffle mushrooms. My husband absolutely loved his pizza and the crust was one of the best he's ever had. My pasta was fresh and had a ton of sauce and cream so they didn't skimp at all. I could tell easily that they use very high quality Parmesan because i'm a Parmesan connoisseur and could taste how potent it was. They let me have as much extra as I wanted on without limiting since I enjoy a lot on it which was also a plus in my book. Next time I would get a pasta that's a little lighter, because it was a more heavy dish and it tends to make me feel pretty full after which is totally a me thing, but they have so much on the menu to try that I'm sure I'll love whatever I get even more next time. Lastly, dessert. We got a regular tiramisu and it was absolutely amazing. They put a ton of cream which is exactly what I look for. It wasn't too espresso or cocoa strong and had a perfect ratio. The cream was so light and fluffy that we had to get another one to bring home and eat tomorrow night! I had seen a previous review on here about someone not liking the tiramisu here and it not meeting their expectations for a more upscale Italian place but I've been to quite a few authentic Italian gems and this one had tiramisu up there so I'd have to disagree and completely recommend! The service was impeccable. Every waiter was kind and prompt, constantly making sure we were taken care of and getting what we needed. The atmosphere was also a plus for us because we have a 1 year old baby and there was enough room where we weren't too cramped or crowded in, and it wasn't too loud or overstimulating. The place was very clean and taken care of as well as the bathrooms. All in all, I loved this place and I will be coming back. I would definitely recommend Monello for a nice little date night, and don't forget the tiramisu.

There were pretty white tablecloths, the hostess was smiling ready to answer any questions and of course, the menu looked wonderful. Voilà! We'd found our spot. Our waiter was so personable and had all the answers to our inquiries. He suggested items and even answered honestly when needed. I got a Le Pécora Nera Sangria (fizzy blackberry with lemon). Tasty, but too many blackberry seeds coming up the straw. I'd get another one next time. For the appetizers: RISOTTO ARANCINI (a MUST get) - these were absolutely delicious. Four good size bread crumbed fried balls of risotto sitting in the restaurant's own tomato gravy. HOMEMADE FOCACCIA WITH DIPPING OIL (yes, that's the official name) - this is a basket of super soft, warm focaccia bread for a great price. I would get it no matter what main course you're getting! It soaks up every sauce and it's just delicious. MAIN: BAKED LASAGNA (meat) - with the two appetizers this is the perfect size for both of us. No need to get one per person! It was absolutely wonderful. I would get it again. All in all, I'd definitely go back. The food was absolutely delicious and flavorful and the employees we came in contact with were great as well. We didn't want to sit at a table right next to the hundreds of people walking by, I don't like that, but there are plenty other options one row in or inside the restaurant. We said yes but that we wanted a Foccacia Bread table starter. She smiled and immediately went to put the order in.
