This movie theater is pretty nice and has more unique screenings than the Annapolis mall theater. My mom and I usually come here a couple times a year for certain movies. We were just here again recently and enjoyed the theater. Staff are helpful and the theater seats are comfy. read more

I am a very frequent moviegoer: I go probably 3-4 times a week (it's kind of my go to place for zen). This theater used to be such a great alternative to the more mainstream vibe of the Annapolis Mall, but over the last year, it's just become kind of a disappointment. It's bad enough that it's expensive to see a film here, but they don't really show a lot of the indie films anymore which used to be their big selling point. Today I lucked out and got to see The Brutalist, but normally this theater shows essentially the same films they show at the mall around the corner. Not only that, but during my movie, the walls were so thin that I could hear the movie in the neighboring theater. And considering that the auditoriums are also in a various state of disrepair, why would I spend more money to see the same movie in a not as nice theater....? This theater is sadly in dire need of a facelift if they want to compete with other theaters nearby in my opinion. read more

I love this movie theatre, they have a variety of movie times which is great since I work until 5 and usually do not like to watch movies unless they are after 8. Their prices are better compared to other theatres in the area. They also have very nice staff. In addition, they recently added in wine and beer which is cool. Some of the theatre rooms have seen better days in terms of chair quality (some are peeling), but that personally does not bother me as long as the seats recline that is all I care about. Parking is easy and convenient, and located in a cute plaza that has a lot of stores and restaurants that I like to go to before I see a movie. read more

I saw a movie at this Landmark theater yesterday afternoon. The theater has definitely seen better days (really worn out seats in the theaters), but otherwise is a pretty standard movie theater these days. You walk up a flight of stairs into a large concession area, with small movie theaters around the concession area. Not a bad place to see a movie if you like indie movies and live in the Annapolis area. read more

I'm SO glad that the theaters at this location are open again. It is SO much better than going to the mall. My husband wanted to see Avatar. On Tuesdays, they had a special, so the price for both of us for a 3D show was only $20. There is some seating out by the concessions. They have different popcorn & soda combos; the senior combo is only $10, and kids are $8. It's easy to buy your tickets online, choose your reclining seats, and then you just show your QR code to check in. I was even able to change my mind, book another time online, and get an immediate refund. The staff was very pleasant. read more

We waited nearly an hour for a kids movie to begin and it was ultimately cancelled. We were not told anything about what was going on, but individuals repeated asked staff for an update. They were told over and over again the movie would begin in "5-10 minutes" or we would "be moved to a different theater if not." After 50 minutes waiting in a theater full of kids, we were told the movie was actually cancelled. Unbelievably mismanaged. read more

I used to go to this theater when it was Bow tie Cinemas. It was very nice when they acquired it but unfortunately they are letting it go downhill. It's very expensive which I can understand being a smaller chain. But with all that money they are letting the seats and tray become ragged instead of replacing them. And in the summer time they won't turn the AC down and it's super hot. And coming from the AMC where it's super cold there's no reason they can't bring the temp down more. I hate to see the theater I used to now just go down hill. read more

I'm 65 years old and never in all my years have I ever been to a movie theatre with seats in Such Poor Condition. This past Christmas I got to travel back to Annapolis where I had the pleasure to live for 5 years to visit family and friends and was pleased to finally be able to secure seats to a viewing of Wicked! But much to my dismay, we were met with that horrible experience of a post Armageddon Theatre whose seats are completely in tatters! If you and your friends or family want a theatre experience that looks like The Beast from Beauty & The Beast frequents this place when he's having a Bad Day, then search no further! It looks like utter squalor. It reminds me of a scene from its own movie set, like seating on some back porch, ripped out of some old car, at the height of the Depression, only it's the whole theatre! AND Landmark has the gall to CHARGE you for it! I kid you not! Most of the seats are missing 75% of the maroon vinyl covering. Looks aside, how does that condition of seats even pass sanitary code? How does staff even routinely wipe the seat cushions clean? It's disgusting and this theatre needs to be avoided until they reestablish proper operating conditions like they had in the past. The Annapolis Board of Health is being alerted this week. Good people of Annapolis, I have to wonder, why did you stay mute on this one? What are you thinking? My husband and I went here on Sunday night to see the 7:20pm showing of Deadpool/Wolverine. We got our tickets at the automated screens on the first floor and then went upstairs and walked up to the popcorn counter. The lady at the counter asked for our tickets so she could rip them, which never would've happened if we didn't walk up to the concessions, so I'm not sure what the reasoning was. We were then talked in to getting both a large popcorn and large drink because they were refillable. We are some popcorn during the commercials and just before the movie started, I went out to get a quick popcorn refill. I was told they had no more popcorn - the machine was off and they didn't have any more backup supply - and I also had to ask them to turn on the butter machines that they had already turned off so I could at least put butter on the bottom half of our popcorn. Pretty odd & frustrating to shut the popcorn down so early after talking us into getting refillable popcorn just minutes before, and there was a later movie still playing after ours! The seats and theater were comfortable and spacious. The leather seats were pretty ripped up just from overuse but I really enjoyed the recline feature and the swivel tray. The sound and visual quality of the screen and speakers were great. read more

The theater is dirty. A deep clean and standards of cleaning are needed. Bathroom floors, walls, etc., need a wipe down. A remodel of the theater seats are desperately needed. Worn red vinyl seats. Might I suggest an industrial fabric instead. No one likes cold vinyl. Also, the sound is too loud. Turn it down a bit. During the movie I popped out to use the rest room and every single employee was standing around chatting. Clean something! If I were managing that place you'd be kept busy. read more

Seats are nice. They have cool showings in the middle of the week for retro movie. However, I've been thoroughly unimpressed by the popcorn. I've been 3-4 times and it's been mushy everytime. Love this place. I accidentally bought tickets for here one time when I was at the Annapolis mall, and didn't realize until I was in the ticket line I needed to drive to this theater, I ran in with the popcorn with from the other theater and the staff were super understanding and let me bring in the outside food to the theater. That kind of nice neighborhood feel is why I choose this theater over the others any chance I can. They have an amazing beer and wine selection as well read more

We got reservations to opening day weeks ago. "Back to the Future" is my son's favorite movie. Both kids have been so excited. We get there and are told it's first-come-first-serve. Welcome Landmark at Annapolis Harbour Center! This week we went to a 'soft opening' of this re-opened movie house. The theater was clean, the seats comfortable, the audio was good quality. We were very excited for this theater to open back up. They had an event for opening day where you could come and see Back To The Future. I saw BTTF in the theater when I was 8 so I was excited for my kids to finally be able to see it in the theater too so we made reservations a couple of weeks in advance. Being that it was at 4pm, we planned our day around it. When we got to the theater we were told they were filled to capacity. We're still trying to figure out what the point of making reservations was. My son said the experience was like when Seinfeld tried to rent a car and they had sold out even though he had a reservation and he says, "You know how to take the reservation. You just don't how to hold the reservation. And that's really the most important part. The holding. Anyone can just take 'em." read more
