I couldn't remember, but I thought I had received a warranty on my battery when I purchased it in 2023. My service rep was extremely friendly and polite. She asked what my phone number was and found my account. She said my warranty was up in 2028 and she'd have my watch with a new battery ready for me in 15 minutes. I shopped around the mall staying in the area and received a text in 15 minutes that my order was ready. I returned and she handed me my watch and a receipt with $0 charge. Great all-around experience here and I will definitely be returning. I love honest and organized businesses. No haggle and very convenient and easy for the customer.
