I was told to bring him in on heavy meds to help his stress. So, I drugged him out for 24 hours (he was miserable) and was charged $100 in total just to be told I should have it removed...? If the emergency services or hours have changed, the website should be updated so pet owners know what to expect when they have an urgent situation.
