Our wait staff barely checked on us the entire meal. Drinks were never refilled, and instead of paying attention to tables, the staff spent most of their time standing around the bar talking. It felt like customers were an inconvenience. After mentioning our experience to others, I realized we are not the only ones noticing the decline in quality and service. I have heard similar complaints from several people recently. I have also heard concerns that many of the glowing reviews may be coming from friends and family rather than actual, unbiased customers.
