It's been over a week and I haven't received a quote or even a response to my text. This is a poor way to handle customers and was a waste of my time to contact Eric. I understand that people get busy and if that's the case then professional curiosity would be to notify your potential clients that you don't have the time or desire to do the job. This is just poor customer service.

While our plants were dying because the sprinklers didn't reach or because of the pests (cotton scale?) or biological disease, they maintained them while watching them die. In probably 8-10 years they never added mulch or thatched our lawn. New plants added were full of scale, aphids, you name it many died. Look at the plant maintenance at CVS shopping center 1888 Pacific Coast Highway, you'll see their ongoing quality of care. Check plants added for landscaping. Bougainvillea where a low small spreading plant should be used. Probably 20x. Unbelievable!
