as u can see i rarely write one star review, I'm not a complainer but this one is well deserved zero. when things go wrong this is when you see the true color of a person. my recent interactions with Javier was absolutely frustrating. he's Not professional and very dishonest. the sprinkler valves he replaced for me burst several times shortly after he installed. it was frustrating because after he fixed it it broke again. during the time it bursted ,i was on vacation. my neighborhood was flooded and the water company came to turn off the water from the main shut off valve. not once but twice! imagine coming home from a long exhausting vacation and cannot shower? it is not a convenient situation. texted him and he took awhile to respond . instead of sorry he was upset i even called him about it. not a single apology for his lousy mistakes that flooded the neighborhood. my neighbor who was also a contractor said this pipe barely fit right. lousy work! he did not show up to fix it on the day scheduled. he definitely was not reliable. also no show on the day he was hired to put the sod . Javier want to reschedule again. most of the time I'm a very patient person having deal with Javier it was really frustrating. the quality of his work was low. the grass he installed was not even in some area.. they looked awful a few weeks after and In many area the edge turned brown from damaged. that day he also said i had a leak and it would cost 350 to fix it it turned out it wasn't a leak just sprinkler that trapped under. i had to pay him 350 regardless. my uncle opened it up and told me he cannot believe i fell for the trick. there was no leaks. they just capped the sprinklers that was under the ground, that's it. no wonder when i told them i have to ask my husband first and they said now or never and Rush me to it. they fix it in a second. and did not show proof of a leak. and billed me 350. this time again.. i thought maybe i give bad experience a chance, javier showed up with all the attitudes. he was rude and all about $ instead of simply turn off the water , he cut it. my perfectly good sprinkler, gone. he upsold me new sprinkler box for 200 ( that's a bit much consider how much the box cost ) yet greed didn't end there he cut cost by replacing my 6 stations box with 4 stations box knowing i previously had 6 stations box. now after he installed new box one of the station that was working great previously suddenly no longer connect to the new box. he said if i want to find out why i have to pay him another 120 $ for it. i said it was working last night and everyday before you touch it.. i swear i went through it with several people on the sprinklers and had inspected it very so often so i know something isn't right with what he's telling me . Javier of course tried to sell me another station for 850. $$ after complaining about how he sneaky he downgraded me to 4 station box.. he refused to refund but agreed to replace it with 6 stations box that's equal to what i had. guess what ! he did not show up on scheduled. he sent photo to say he's on the way then call me to rescheduled again. as usual ,flaked! no respect for others time. he showed up finally and parked right in front of my gate blocking my driveway . i told him to move his truck , he moved it and hit my block wall very hard , it broke from top to bottom. i believed it was not an accident as he was frustrated when i asked him to move his truck that is blocking my entrance. not an oz of responsibility. he had a guts to say my wall was broken before. no it wasn't!!! i had many witness it wasn't!!!! he switched me back to 6 stations sprinkler control box and i watch every second while he do it. guess what????? my lost station came back online. of course it did. it was never broken to begins with until Javier touch it. lesson one, never give bad experience a second chance. scammer will always scam you. 2. better hire professional company at least they stand by their work and have some integrity. from my experience this man doesn't! he did not take responsibility for damaging my wall and said it was broken before which is not true. my other station that he was trying to charge me for extra 120 to look at it n 850 turn out that it is working great.. why???? because this time i watch him do it. i made sure he put it back the same way it was removed from my old box last time. it's not a good feeling to meet someone who will try to milk the most money out of every time you encountered. not a good business model. p.s. when someone said they take cash only? good business should not fear a chargeback , if someone use a lot of shady fear tactic on you??? that's a sign.. run! run! i won't get scam twice. be careful read more

Unlike other people, Daniel actually trimmed those trees to the way I wanted and I don't have to remind him of our appointment. It was a very great experience over all since he was very friendly and chill, but when it's time to work he make sure to get those jobs done fast. I just love to have people who get things done without me keep asking or remind them. Looking forward to hire him again to remove the stump soon! read more

I cannot emphasize enough how happy I am with the work Daniel and his team did. I needed 750 sq/ft of sod between the front and back of my home where weeds were growing out of control, getting to be 4 ft tall in some areas. In addition, the original sprinkler system was in shambles. I contacted 3 landscapers for quotes but Daniel responded to me the same day, and was at my house the following morning to take measurements and talk about my ideas. Daniel is respectful, very likable and a consummate professional with a wealth of knowledge. The others I had contacted took several days to respond, and, both gave me much pricier estimates. It was a no brainer. They were able to begin working as soon as I gave the word. Daniel's team showed up bright and early and so did the beautiful Marathon Sod from Southland he suggested I go with. His team went straight to work, prepping the soil and installing a new sprinkler system to make sure our sod stays nice and healthy for years to come. Watching the three of them work together you can tell they've done this easily hundreds if not thousands of times, each of them knowing exactly what to do. No standing around. They quickly got the fresh sod down and Daniel finished setting up the pop-up sprinklers. He also answered all my questions throughout the day and was happy to show me how to operate and program our new sprinkler system. A month later one of the sprinkler valves was having trouble turning off; Daniel was there the next day to replace the valve altogether, no questions asked, and told me that if I run into any problems to not hesitate to call and he would be back. Such a relief. The new lawn is now established and looks amazing, and the sprinkler system works incredibly well unlike many others i've seen. Javier Daniel and his crew did a very good job for me. I needed 3,300 sq ft of new/fresh sod installed so I began getting quotes. After assessing about 5 estimates, I went with Javier because he offered the most aggressive price and seemed competent to do all the work. He and his guys finished the entire job in 2 full days. They had to roto-tiller the entire front and back yards, replace sprinkler heads and make sure all sprinklers were adjusted correctly for irrigation, install a new wifi Orbit timer (the one I wanted) that hooks up to my Android phone, and then finally lay the new sod (I chose genuine Marathon 1 sod). Again, his total price was very aggressive and I am pleased with how things turned out. As of note, a few days later I noticed one of the sprinkler stations not working, I texted Javier and he came the next day. He found the issue and it's all good now.
