Not that she accused me of rescheduling many times(due to illness) She also told me I should have not gone on Vacation?!!!!(what? Who are you to tell me what todo?!!) They won't refund my deposit, because due to emergency we ended up doing the procedure in a different state while we were away.. without anesthesia.... I informed our doctor as well as the anesthesiology office right away.. which was almost 3 weeks ago.. Polly his receptionist said yes. A month goes by and the appointment was came up. I went to the office and they are not open. Polly sent a message by email saying she was cancelling the appointment. I don't typically check emails very often and did not see it. I left a message and Steve called back and was very rude. Kept stating how he was doing us a favor and that she emailed and that it was fine. I told him that's not how I made the appointment and I made it via phone call. He never followed up with us about our taxes and never gave us the taxes back. We paid him for a service and he was very unprofessional. Needless to say we are never going back. After that I reached out to our financial advisor and asked for another recommendations. Please save yourself the trouble! Now we have to make sure he did our taxes or did not purposely mess up because we got a check back from the IRS and now I think he did something shady. Also wanted to point out he has a San Ramon as his office here on yelp and on google it says he's in Dublin. Yelp still says San Ramon! I find this sketchy.
