After a month, I decided to give him another shot since his shop was recommended by a friend. The second time I went out there to get my windshield tinted on 12/7/25 there was debris under the film. I reached out to Dan and sent him a picture of it and he said he may need to replace it. Fast forward to today 12/17/25: I have an appointment on 12/20/25 @ 9am and I had to reach out to Dan because I had decided to not get my daughters windows tinted and just asked him if he could fix my windshield instead. He said " We have plans this weekend with kiddos" and when I asked him about Sunday he said " We havent reached out but will need to cancel as our weekends with the kids have changed" Ok... Wait... So when were you going to let me know that you were canceling? Then texts me saying "My kids will always come first. Please feel free to set up an appt to fix the issue :) have a wonderful day!!" I ALREADY HAD AN APPOINTMENT and no one asked you to "choose" between kids and work. YOU are the one who set the appointment up! Seriously?! Horrible business practices and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. I will somewhere else to get it done. And while his prices may be good, you get what you pay for in product and customer service.

Ok I like giving people the benefit of the doubt and I hate leaving bad reviews but I need closure…read moreon this; let me start my saying the tint is high quality and good, but the installation was unacceptable, first off he left both of my dome lights on and I didn't notice it and parked it for 2 days since I couldn't roll the windows down and it killed both of my brand new batteries in my diesel. Luckily they recharged and didn't ruin them; then I'm driving and after some vibration his exacto knife thing falls from the visor on my new leather seat, luckily not stabbing it or my face!, then I asked for a custom cut visor tint to be legal, and it's just illegal now (see pic of DOT line) and lastly left another plastic tint tool in the truck. Worst experience I've ever had…read more The job took 9 total days between the initial install and the touch up session although we were quoted 2 days for the install and 1 day for the touch up. It likely would have gone longer if I was not bugging them constantly for updates because I was Ubering to and from work after they had the car much longer than I thought they would. I guess they don't realize the Tesla sentry mode remotely tells me when they are working on the car. They only worked on it after several days of me bugging them for updates. They are fast talkers on the phone and say all the right things to get you in the door ("we can add that service no problem", "we will have a dedicated person on the job", etc) but once it's in, they dodge calls and texts go unanswered for multiple days. After confirming via phone that it would be done at 5pm for the initial install pickup, I arrived at 5:30pm and was told that they were still working on the windshield tint and it would take an hour. I decided to stay; an hour in they were still working on it and I had to wait until they were done at 8pm. Only at this time did they let me know they did not have the right size sunroof tint and I would have to come back later. I would have gladly let them keep the car for longer if they had just told me upfront instead of dragging me along. I Ubered out there for a rushed incomplete job (with poorly installed windshield tint that needed to be pulled off and redone anyways) and this caused me to miss the first time ever putting my 1 year old to sleep. They don't value your time. I had front ppf and all windows tinted. The ppf had multiple bubbles, creases, and corners lifting everywhere. The precut pieces didn't exactly lineup and left about 1/2 inch gap of paint between one of the sections. I will have to get these pulled off and reinstalled somewhere else. The windshield tint had a ton of creases and bubbles that didn't go away after drying. They reinstalled the windshield tint during the touch up and installed new sunroof tint. The reinstalled windshield tint still has some scratch like creases in it. The sunroof tint has a ton of worse bubbles and creases that didn't go away after drying. It's so bad that a passenger in my car warned me my sunroof was starting to crack but I had to tell them that it was a botched tint job instead. I will also be getting this pulled off and reinstalled elsewhere. I asked for a refund so I wouldn't have to come back a third time and it took weeks of negotiating before they offered a few hundred bucks back (ended up being ~12%). They let me know they needed time to finish a few jobs first because they couldn't fund this refund. This is a really bad excuse or this business is extremely financially unstable. Between initially dropping off the car the first time to finally receiving a partial refund, it will have taken almost 2 months to settle.
