We just tried to eat there, but for some reason food was going to take 30 minutes. Parking lot wasn't busy, so I don't understand what is wrong with this place. We didn't stay. Food at La Rosas is generally great, but tonight we were thwarted from trying it. :-( Edit: just learned that power was out in the area so everyone must be going out to eat. I guess I cannot fault La Rosas for that, but the manager should have described what was going on. read more

Service was okay I ended up getting a small personal pizza which came with a small salad. I tried the garlic salad dressing, it didnt taste like anything special to me. I got a mushroom and pepperoni pizza, medium crust, which was really good! Probably won't come here again, we were just passing by read more

Across the street from the hotel we stayed. Our server was lazy she didn't inform us of our crust choices and totally depended on the menu for us to get all of our information. I ordered a small pizza and it was very tasty. Smaller than I would think but good. The wings seemed store bought from Kroger and the sauce was spicy and had no real flavor. We ordered takeout. Good food and good quick service. The appetizer sampler was great although I didn't care much for the diablo sauce for the onion twists. We also loved the JRC chicken fettuccini alfredo. The salad was fresh and crisp, and the breadstick was super yummy. I will definitely stop by again when I'm in town. read more

This is by far the worst pizza place I have ever been to. The LaRosa's franchise should be completely embarrassed if this is any representation of their franchise. I normally avoid this location because of previous experiences (example-It is pathetic when you have to ask for adequate sauce for your pizza or be left with a dry (literally!) crust!) but today my daughter really wanted pizza for lunch so we attempted to get lunch here. I say attempted because after waiting for over 7 minutes with not one employee acknowledging us with even a simple hello we finally left and found lunch elsewhere. Employees walked by us, staring at us as if offended that we would consider waiting to be seated. Never again! read more

I visited this location again because I had a business associate who wanted to stop there for lunch and I had a gift card. The experience was a lot better this time around, However, my business associate explicitly ordered a lunch salad without any cheese. It came with cheese. Go figure. read more

Absolutely the best service I've ever had at any restaurant! The food was amazing, and the service was even better! Our server Jenna really made our evening. We are traveling home from being out of the country for the past week and I can say after being exhausted to having service like this really makes your day. Our waitress was extremely on top of everything from our drinks, to making sure everything was good. Our waitress has an AMAZING attitude and it's hard to find at a lot of restaurants. Especially for being 10pm on a Saturday. Thank you again for the experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone, the food was on point! read more

Same great LaRosa food with outstanding service. Nice lunch on the way to Indianapolis . Restroom was less than stellar but not terrible.

It's a Larosa's, pretty much the same as all the others. It's good pizza and service. Plus, they have a coke freestyle machine, so you get lots of choices. read more

I love LaRosas Pizza. This location was very clean and great service. In fact, it was pretty fast.

Service was absolutely horrible last night and management wasn't much better. Will not be returning to that location. Waited 20 minutes to get our soft drinks and had to go ask for them at that. Salads were brought out after waiting 50 minutes. Went to see manager at that point and then waited 15 minutes at the counter before he finally came up to talk to me. Definitely not good customer service. In the meantime hoagies were delivered to our table and don't you know mine was wrong at which this point we had already waited 1 hour. It should not that long to get 2 salads and 2 hoagies. Very frustrated from beginning of dining experience to the end. Again definitely won't be going back. Heard about LaRosa's from a local so decided to stop by on a Cincy to Indy trip. Well worth the stop. Calzone was very tasty and served at a perfect temperature. Lasagna and chicken Alfredo also excellent. Good service Pizzeria atmosphere. 5 stars on this day. read more

Tje place is clean but service is slow and a couple of our visits they got our order messed up. One time they totally.forgot us.

My family and I were travelling for vacation and we saw the sign for LaRosa's Pizzeria and decided to give it a try for dinner. The service was excellent, and the food was not only quick but very tasty. Also, the restaurant was very clean (important to travelers). I would recommend this location, and will return myself as well. read more

We are locals and have terrible luck EVERY time we go to this location. Service is horrible. Most of the time when eating in you wait a good ten minutes or more before being greeted. Some servers are ok others are terrible. The food is rarely cooked well. When ordering to go, we have the call them because something has been messed up. For example, leaving out ingredients... Also They never notify the online ordering when they are running behind so it can take you an hour from ordering time to get your food. 30min to sit down. Then it took another hour to get food. The server set with her family at the next table and forgot we were there while she had fun and games with her family. Someone should fire the manager and the server both. Totally unacceptable. I'm really sad about this because we enjoyed the food. The standard at this one have dropped to the lowest. read more

LaRosa's typically has excellent food. Today, after waiting for almost an hour after placing our order, I received a calzone that bordered on being too burnt to eat. The service was unbelievably slow (we've had that problem in the past, but if the food is good, I don't mind). My mother-in-law's bun on her sandwich was too toasted and hard for her to eat. And we were taking her out for her birthday. Needless to say, today's visit was VERY disappointing. read more
