I've almost been hit multiple times, have seen other cars be almost hit by those trying to get to Duncan's. They also park the cars in a way that blocks the sidewalk. This is dangerous during the times when middle schoolers are walking and riding bikes past Blake. You can't see them coming! Duncan's doesn't have much control over how their customers drive, but they can give them better directions AND instruct their employees to not use Blake like their own personal entrance.

They never encouraged me to get anything done that wasn't needed and saved me money every chance they could. Had the van towed to AAMCO and assessed. It had so many issues but every single one was carefully examined and presented honestly. All of the work was completed in a timely manner. The transmission was completely rebuilt, brake systems were diagnosed and fixed. The van wouldn't start and the mechanic tested everything and determined the fix was fairly inexpensive. All of this work was done in a few weeks. They worked their butts off and Zack communicated every detail. He was so nice, personable, and the absolute best at representing his company professionally. He explains things in a way that makes sense. I wanted to let him know, the van made it all the way home with no problems. Climbed and descended the pass on the 299 with no issue. And they told me bring the vehicle in for inspection. I arrived about 15 minutes before they open and surprisingly the gentlemen instead of pushing me away by telling me we are still not open asked me to come in and I was able to leave my car that is above and beyond especially because I expected a please wait.We're not open yet. So they contacted me that day. Giving me a price range. And they kept their word. My vehicle was there over the weekend, the next day, I noticed a check engine light on. So I decided to drive back To Leale's they put it in the scanner. And they noticed that it had a code related to the cadillac converter one of the gentleman there told the one that was scanning for codes. Raise up the vehicle, make sure that all the sensors are connected. They could have missed not connecting one. And that can be the cause of the check engine light. They did remove that check engine light. And also they had the person that was working on my car. The day before, and he mentioned that one of the gaskets in the exhaust before the Cadillac converter was a little deteriorated, and they recommended that I change that. So I do appreciate the honesty. My car is Running even better than before, as they did not just fix the leak but actually serviced the transmission. I would definitely recommend this place.
