The second set of mufflers was missing and this resulted in the louder than normal sound. In addition to this, I was informed that the reason that the tire pressure sensor was activated was that there were after market tires on the vehicle. This was also a lie. Les Schwab replaced a sensor and the warning signal went away. In each case, I did not ask the question 'Why?'. The salesperson (Adonis) volunteered the information. He was experienced and friendly and worked with Jonas behind the scenes to get us the car we wanted. The reason for 4 not 5 stars was because of the trade in mixup and that they went to the gas station and gave us a little under a half tank after we bought the car. For us it's the little things that make all the difference, so I would suggest that they fill the tank up for new car buyers, especially on cars above $10k. This is more of an indictment of the I-5 Cars service team. However, we postponed buying the car a couple of days for them to "detail" the vehicle and it looks as if they only did a surface wipe. To their credit, WAC did offer to take a look at the problem and possibly rectify the issue. We ultimately decided to a pay for a detailing professional to do the job since losing trust in their service capabilities and not wanting to drive back out to their location.
