I had a low credit score but had adequate income to fit a new car payment into my budget. Other dealers could not approve financing for me due to credit report. Chris Pearce went through my credit report and identified all the negative factors affecting my credit score and reviewed the information that was on report and we discovered outdated and incorrect on my report. I live an hour from the dealer so Chris Pearce worked with me using e-mail, voice, and pictures taken by my cell phone and sent by e-mail to verify the true status of payment history and up date my account status making it possible to get financing that had an interest rate based on my true up to date account information and not what my credit report reflected getting me approved with terms and rate based on my true payment history and status giving me many new car options and they had a very large inventory on the lot and available now not ordered from the manufacturer that would of required me to wait some time to get my new car. I was able to get the make and model, color and options that I really desired and not have to settle for a new car that was not the color or configuration they liked but one that I wanted making me that much more happy with the car I would drive every day for years to come. I had made contact with at least a dozen other dealers in my area over a 2 month period wasting my time and money traveling to the lot and providing all the sensitive data on my financial information on long applications and verification that took more than one day to be told that yes they had got me approved and showed me one car that was available for me that was always used with high mileage and not the color, options and make I wanted and $3000- $5000 above actual true cash value. A purchase that large that I would use every day I should be happy with and not just settle for something that every time I used reminded me that I had paid to much and wasn't what I wanted. I received the offer by e-mail. Then the next day in the morning I was contacted by Chris who had already done a lot of work on my purchase. We exchanged a lot of emails in the next 3 hrs. A finance company can not just accept what you say but must have verification of all information submitted by supporting documents. This is what is required of them all. I was able to send these documents by taking a clear photo and attaching to an E-mail to Chris who immediately read it and determined wether it was sufficient enough to get financing and when there was a problem and didn't give up but worked with me to get what was needed to proceed. I did have to present the actual documents at the dealer for my file which of course made sense and was not a burden because I had to have these documents to photograph earlier and were already gathered but nothing was required that we had not already discussed that morning so there were no surprises that I was not prepared for. By 11:00 am I got a call from Chris saying you are approved for financing and details on cars available fitting my preferances was e-mailed. There were 7 cars offered all new. I drove there in my wrecked old pick-up with 300,000 miles that was ready to die from 30 year use and arrived at 1:00 pm. The documents were processed and I had several hours to examine the inventory at my own pace and not hurried. At 6pm I had selected my car and finished signing. I then drove my car home a very happy man and it was all done in one day. It definitely was worth the hour drive. They were very polite with no surprises and did everything exactly as they said they would and exceeded my expectations. I am buying my next car there too. As part of the sale they paid the first month, $100, of a membership to a company that is repairing the mistakes on my credit report. So honestly I don't even know where to start on this review because my whole experience from beginning to end was absolutely AMAZING!!! So from the beginning.... I have bad credit and could not get any car dealership to fund me for a vehicle which I desperately needed. After a Google search I came across Washington Auto Credit and thought "why not. Nowhere else is working". After filling out the online application I receive a text message from Jeff asking me what I was looking for and how he could help. From the get-go Jeff was absolutely amazing. Answering all of my questions and going out of his way to help me get a vehicle. 100 miles there and 100 miles back because Brian Griffith is so amazing to work with. I was at first referred to WA Auto Credit by my Bankruptcy attorney and my bankruptcy was discharged in November. 6 months after my 1st purchase with Brian, I headed back for the 2nd car. Somewhere in-between there, I took a friend there as well, so I've worked a deal with Brian on 3 cars. Each time he's extremely responsive, listens to what I need, does not push me into something I don't want, gets me a great deal, and I get a clean, reliable used car. I love the cars I have gotten from Brian. The process was easy as always, we do most of the deal via text and phone. I decide on a car and drive down a day or two later to do a test drive. Brian always drives it first to be sure the car is in good shape and tests everything for me before I make the trip. He's up front about what he can/cannot do and brings any potential issues to my attention and lets me make a decision. Brian finds me a great loan with a fair interest rate, (especially given my recent bankruptcy), and always has the paperwork ready and waiting for me so once I'm ready to sign, it's good to go.
