Good morning as for everyone that is going to be reading this review as you already see the current reviews that Honda has an average of 2.4 stars that pretty much tells you the experience that you will have the sales person that I dealt with was awesome his name is Derrick. I strongly advise you guys to go with him now when it comes to any warranty or any other issues get ready for the problem to not be resolved, you'll be offered discounts on defective tires now let me explain I bought my car and my car currently has 20,000 miles. My car about two mornings ago. I walk out and I have an egg shaped bubble on my sidewalk mind you this makes a car unsafe to drive and is 100% a warranty issue the tire itself is defective. They didn't wanna resolve the issue instead. They just gave me a discount on a tire that I had to purchase when this is a manufacturers defect. Now, if everybody checks their emails, you can see that they beg for positive reviews and also tell their people that they will give you $100 incentive towards your next service. I thought that they would at least accommodate me knowing that this was a manufacturers defect and at least apply a heavy credit towards my tire. Well, I was completely wrong. These small issues are what makes her break a companies reputation and makes customers not want to deal or do business with them. I advise that you go to another Honda dealership or get yourself a Toyota. please look at the pictures and tell me if I'm wrong.

They did a great job but due to the nature of a 18 yr old coming in saying he did a full 6in lift kit by himself and all he wanted was a alignment is skeptical to say the least ALSO ONE OF THE ONLY SHOPS AROUND THAT DOES ALIGNMENTS ON LIFTED TRUCKS The alignment itself: honestly pretty good however have a slight lean to drivers side which they blamed the tires for (it didn't do that previously with my 3.5in lift) which was not the culprit I later found culprit to be the lower control arm bolts due to finding that the bolt side is stationary with the alignment washers while the nut locks position of them into place and finding one washer isn't aligned the same way on opposite side meaning the bolt is stripped were the washer is most likely due to tightening on wrong side which very well could of been my fault during install of lift kit. it's a 10$ bolt and 4$ washers and I'm not gonna be blaming anybody unless I know for sure who it was especially over 14$. Customer service: absolutely amazing they were really nice people very transparent with me and helped me look at pricing for tires that I needed regardless of if it was effecting alignment or not. Also hooked me up with a goodie bag!!! Also bilingual! About the techs: Occasionally they would come in to the waiting area to ask me about something that the techs wanted to know (the techs are mostly Spanish speaking which I can understand but not speak fluently) and the techs are thorough with what they need to do they test drove it more than once and made some small tweaks. Extra notes: I did get a few questions about what a sound could be I told them they could bend the rotor dust sheild because I was planning on replacing it anyway (yes that was the issue) The bad: the damn pothole in-front of the shop is the worst part of the experience I swear one day (if it hasn't happened already) it will take off someone's bumper or side skirt it's a 4in deep hole that they need to go around or through

We also want to be able to wholeheartedly recommend to friends, family, and clients (I'm a mental health counselor and my clients are almost all struggling, too!). He is also a technician and may also possibly be the owner. That was the vibe I was receiving from our discussion. I explain what my visit was and he advised me there are different types of tune ups and what specifically I was looking to have done. I explained that I was able to obtain a quote from Honda service department and they also advised same thing. I listed the tune up details and what Honda quoted ($2,260). Oleks advised that inspection is free of charge. He would have Alex, technician do the inspection and provide his recommendation. Alex completed the inspection and advised what needed to be replaced and some replacement were not needed. He discovered there was an engine oil leak, transmission oil leak and the engine oil pan plug was stripped. Oleks had provided me with a quote range between $700-$1000. I returned back two days later on the evening of 1/14/26 to drop off vehicle which was parked safely inside the shop. The following day they replaced the engine gasket, replaced spark plugs, water pump, front crank seal, drive belt, oil pan plug and drive belt tensioner. I picked up my vehicle on 1/25/26. The sum of my bill came to $1021.80. I am truly satisfied and happy with the work that technician, Alex has completed. It was a reasonable timeframe and price. Honest work. Joey took a look at his computer to see what the recommended 100k svcs for my vehicle were, and told me that if I chose to do "all" of the typical svcs that I'd be looking at about $1,400 out the door. I was NOT expecting that. But he assured me that they would do an inspection and send me a report for me to review before they performed any services to my vehicle. When the report was sent, it lacked transparency on cost. There was a long list of "required" and "recommended" services. Yet there was not a total cost estimate, or even itemized estimates on each service listed. That was disappointing. After seeing the long list I immediately called to verify that I would have a chance to review this list before anything was done, some of the verbiage on the report sounded like the work had already begun. But the man that answered the phone assured me that nothing would be done until I spoke to Joey and authorized it. So, I took my time and read over the inspection report. Joey called me while I was reviewing it. I asked him to go through each item and advise me of the cost. I was taking notes and writing the amounts down next to each svc on the report. He did push me to do certain things, but once I was able to get him to pause, I told him that there were 3 specific services that I was considering having done on that day, and asked for the out the door total for those specific 3. He quoted me a number that did not match the amounts he told me, (nearly $200 more) so I pushed back. He then said "oh, I thought you were wanting this 4th service too". Um no, I specifically asked for the total of 3 services and he tried to add a 4th into it, I guess hoping I wasn't paying attention? Not what I want to think, but certainly how it felt. I told him I needed some time to decide, as the list was much longer, and the cost much higher than what I was expecting, and I wanted to review the options with my husband and get back to them. It left me thinking about the "out the door" cost he quoted me at drop off.....I don't know how I was ever supposed to leave paying 1,400 when over the phone he advised that the cost for spark plugs alone was 1,100. I felt bad, knew I was taking too long to decide, I felt I had it narrowed down to 3 services but it was getting late in the day and there was no reason for me to leave my car there overnight. I arrived to pick up my vehicle. Since I had not called Joey back to authorize any services, I explained to him in person that I was going to pick up my car and talk to my husband that evening in order to make my final decision on what I wanted done. He seemed unhappy with that, but was getting ready to give me my keys back. But before that, he told me that we just needed to square up on the oil change that they had performed. Huh? I questioned him on if and why they performed any services if I had never called them back to authorize any. He pushed back at me claiming "you signed off on that this morning". I signed off on nothing. He pushed back at me again, claiming "yes you did, that's where this all started in the morning, with an oil change". No sir, I did not book nor bring my car in because of an oil change, I specifically booked my 100k service, and of course it was one of the items on your long inspection list but I was assured nothing on the list would be done without my say-so. He got an attitude and told me "well I guess you got a free inspection, and a free oil change, and I guess I'll just figure out the money side of it on my end". He treated me like some kind of thief with negative intentions. It is NOT the customers fault that you performed an unauthorized service. But if you wouldn't have gotten an ugly attitude with me and make me feel SO awkward and uncomfortable, I would've simply offered to pay for it, as I DID intend to return for services. But I will never be going back to this place again, or recommending them to anyone.
