I'm writing this so other parents don't make the same mistake I did. We went to this boutique to find a quinceañera dress for my daughter and honestly, I was misled. We tried on a Morilee dress in the shop that my daughter loved, and the owner basically talked us into ordering a "custom" version of it, saying they could do any dress we wanted into any color. Since we were paying the same high price as the original designer dress, we trusted her, believing it will be a high end quality dress. When the dress finally showed up, it wasn't even close to what we were promised. I was told it's made in China with super cheap materials. The embellishments weren't sewn on properly--they were just glued, and half of them were already peeling off because they were cut off incorrectly. The "corset" top was a joke, too; it was so flimsy and thin that it wouldn't even stay straight, and the boning was folding over. Even though they measured my daughter at the store, the dress didn't fit right and was way too big. When I brought the dress back to show them how poorly it was made, the first thing the owner said before I could even finish was that they don't do refunds. It felt like she knew exactly what was wrong. Save yourself the headache and the money. They charge designer prices for low-quality dresses and don't stand behind their work at all. Definitely look somewhere else for your daughter's big day. read more

The reason I would never recommend this place is because they did not deliver the dresses on time. They are very overpriced and do not respect their customers. The employees yelled at me and offended me in front of the owner, and she did nothing about it. I am extremely frustrated because my wedding dress was not delivered on time, even though they promised it would be just to get paid. I would never return and do not recommend this place to anyone. The stress from this situation even caused my blood pressure to rise. I hope no one else has to go through what I experienced. They thought I didn't speak English, and they laughed at me because they assumed I only spoke Spanish. I have never felt so discriminated against and disrespected in my life. read more

First off, this place is a hidden gem. Vanessa was very helpful and accommodating. My daughter was look for a prom dress in burgundy/wine color and they had a few selections. she tried one on and it was beautiful. but it was just 1 size too big. I came here to purchase a bridesmaids dress. Me and the bride arrived to pick the dress together, walking in I was looking for help because we needed some thing very specific, and had never been to the store before. A younger lady started helping us when a older lady possibly the owner told her (in Spanish thinking we didn't understand her) to "leave us alone and let us wait" , in a really rude tone. they gave us catalogues to look at when I had a bunch of questions. After finally coming to help they didn't have the dress we picked out, sold me on another dress saying I wouldn't have to pay for alterations. They take my measurements and order the dress..When the dress arrives it's 3 sizes too big. They say they might have to send the dress back and order another one when they themselves took the measurements After some debate they say they can take it in a few inches. Again I come to pick up the dress. I'm already leaving in my car when an employee chases me down saying I didn't pay and owed 100$. I tell them what the owner told me, they call her and she says she didn't say that. After all this the dress still doesn't fit well.. it's still to big on the bust but at this point I can't do anything because the wedding is next week read more

They spend their time making sure they get to know you and your family and for us, that made all the difference. Had a short window to get a tuxedo. These guys were able to accomodate me. Got measured in minutes. Told to come back in a few days to try the tux on. Tuxedo fit right so I was good to go. a great locally owned shop! I came here to buy my prom dress. its a bit of a small shop so when it's crowded, especially on weekends, it gets a bit hectic. If you like to take time while you're shopping and hate feeling rushed, then I suggest you visit on a weekday. There is barely anywhere to sit when it is busy, but they always check up on you to see if you need anything. They have a small selection of dresses in-store, although they have the option of looking through somewhat of a lookbook of prom dresses and they'll order the dress you want and it will arrive in 3-5 days. (alterations are seperate) However, if you buy a dress in store you'll get about a 20% discount or something of that nature. The reason I gave it three stars is because as I was changing in and out of the dress, a lot of the staff kept coming in and out. For instance, I guess the lady forgot her kit or something and just walked in without saying anything. (there's no door just a curtain) I was half naked! Their staff is nice but have no respect for privacy, I felt so exposed. Also, as I was changing into my dress the ladies kept checking in by peeking into the curtain and asking if I was ready, again I was almost naked. So unprofessional!! the dress was nice tho. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!! The worst customer service ever! Ordered a dress 6 months in advance (Oct. 2019) everything was good, gave the lady the money she said, the dress would arrive on time. Two months before the event (Feb 2020), we check back in to see the status, she said it will arrive the first week of March. Well it's the first week of March, turns out, she didn't even place the order! Then turns around and says that she can place the order now and it will arrive within 3-4 weeks. Well...the event is in April. Then tries to tell us that we should just pick a dress that they already have at the shop. What IN THE WORLD!!!!!! Please avoid this place if you can. She'll try to tell you that she's giving you a deal but in reality, it's not. Please take your money elsewhere. If you're going to spend money on a nice dress, you should consider spending it at a place who isn't money hungry. There isn't a dressing room either, just a big curtain in the middle of the floor. I told them my predicament and we're very helpful. They were all very patient and helped me look at many dresses in their store and catalogs.
