They also separately packaged the salsas, cucumbers, radishes, and limes, which I appreciated. I came back within the same week and ordered an asada burrito. It was still good, but not as generously filled as the burrito from my first visit. They also packed all the radishes, cucumbers, and limes on the same plate as the burrito. As a result, the vegetables were warm and unpalatable. I'm giving 4 stars because my first visit was excellent, but based on my second experience, they do seem to lack some consistency.

At each event, there are around six to eight food trucks selling all the things you've come to expect from the modern day "roach coach": pizza, specialty grilled cheese, lobster rolls, cupcakes, burgers, etc. The event is completely free to attend (a total plus) and since it only takes place during lunch hours (11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.) it isn't overly crowded (though the line for the Lobster Truck was ridiculous by 11:30 a.m.). On the perimeter, there are vendors of knick knacks and other products (pampered chef, scentsy, etc.). There is also live music and, occasionally, a radio station will stop by to raffle off prizes or give away stickers and such.

Most, if not all, vendors accept credit and debit cards so you don't have to worry about not carrying cash. Some even have the ability to take online orders from their websites. And let's not forget about the entertainment! A local radio station (103.9 FM) often comes out with chances to play games and win prizes and you can also hear music played by local school bands and musical groups showcasing their talents. I didn't remember placing the utensils and things down, so I thought the items had been forgotten, but after calling DB&C, they reminded me that I had placed them on another counter, away from the food. It's so awesome that they remembered a little detail that I had forgotten; extra points for that! Everyone enjoyed the food and many took me up on my offer to take home some of the leftovers. Their daughter, Rianna, was a pleasure to work with; she handled the business end of things beautifully and I never worried that things wouldn't work out. So this huge Baptist church has a full-on independent coffeehouse. No skimping-- teas, mochas, lattes, chai, blended drinks, the whole shebang. They'll even bake you a little pizza or toast a bagel, and they have some candy too (for people to munch on during services??) There's also a decent collection of Christian books and gifts, but the guy behind the counter said that was going away soon; they're remodeling to make it a proper coffeehouse. Hopefully they'll expand their hours a bit; I'd love an alternative to chain coffeehouses.
