Amazing food! I highly recommend getting a Carnitas Burrito!! It's one of the best ones I've ever had and it's soooo delicious!! Also the carne nachos are amazing! Not stringy fatty pieces, just high quality steak! I use to come here all the time when I was working near by but have moved away since then. I came back and HAD TO get food here again! 10/10 will always come back! read more

Great hidden gem! For what it is, 4 stars is fitting. Small and outdated but man can you get amazing food here. Love being able to watch them cook. Can never go wrong with the chilaquiles or huevos rancheros! (Verde for me). Pick out your own drink and enjoy the meal! read more

No frills, cheap thrills. The food is abundant and delicious; couldn't finish my plate, but the enchiladas with pork were tasty. Green sauce is really good too! Service is friendly and helpful. read more

Was in the area for something at The Cap, and wanted to try someplace new. Looking at reviews, we figured that we'd give Las Brisas a shot. Easily the best lunch choice that I've made in Port Chester in ages. The tortas was huge. And delicious. Did I mention that it was huge? Ordered as a tortas de pollo, y todo, this beast was stuffed with chicken, lettuce, tomato, onions, cheese, guacamole, and mayo. I may be forgetting something since I'm still kind of in a food coma. Served hot, on what may have been a loaf of fresh bread, it was epic. Everything else that I saw other people eating looked delicious, and the menu board(s) was huge. I'll stop back when I'm near to try some other dishes. Definitely. read more

I have been coming to this restaurant since 1994. It seems to me they have not invested a single penny in any in remodeling this place but, who the hell cares when the food is absolutely amazing. 25 years since my first visit and the quality of the food doesn't change. Great, great, great. read more

Needed a quick place to just sit down and eat but was in the mood for Mexican. This place has amazing food! The food was fresh. The food came out hot and the service was fast and efficient! I would have taken pictures but ate my meal too quick because it was that good. I will be back to eat here again. read more

I dropped my gf off to her company's (employees only) Xmas dinner and was in the mood for a burrito. I came to this place on good faith and of course the reviews. I indeed ordered the steak burrito and was appalled by the amount of hair I found in the side of black beans and rice which was served with the burrito. It wasn't one strand it was several! First time I thought it was cheese but it shouldn't break and I pulled it out of my mouth... I was like it happens whatever I'm hungry I want to enjoy this. I dig in for some beans and rice again and behold yet another strand... At this point I'm like what the hell is going on! I pulled it out and rubbed it ought on the table not thinking that heu I have to show this to management. Then I went digging for a few minutes thinking shucks I'm not going to find anymore, I was wrong. It took 20 minutes for the waitress to take my order and another 30 minutes to serve... Considering there were several others in the kitchen and only 3 other customers I don't think it should have taken that long. Honestly, I wouldn't have written this review if the waitress could have at least offered to give me something else other than walk off after I showed her the hair clumped with a black bean and rice. I even paid for the club soda I had just because what's fair is fair. read more

Until they clean up I will not be giving it 4-5stars. Stopped coming for almost 1 year and the place is badly kept. Good is good but I'm scared to eat it read more

I love Mexican food! Las Brisas always hits the spot. This is not a place that will visually impress. Take out is recommended. The tacos are great (especially the carnitas and chorizo). The burrito (burro) is excellent. It comes with red/black beans and rice. I've tried many other spots in Port Chester that do not satisfy me as much as Las Brisas. Though my tummy may beg to differ..... Too much hot sauce!! read more

Awesome steak burrito. Delicious beans. Flawlessly cooked fluffy rice. Fantastic prices. I may have been the only non-Hispanic in there, but I felt welcomed and appreciated. Diverse menu with all the traditional options plus a few surprises. I very much look forward to my next trip. read more

Best hidden gem in PC. Have been eating there for over 20 years. I highly recommend Las Brisas to everyone

The place is not very clean at all. They told me they could not make me 26 tacos or tortilla chips for 8. I told them I'd pay double. They said I should go elsewhere...which I did - across the street! read more

As good as it gets! Delicious Latin-American food, generous portions, fresh ingredients. Las Brisas "The Breezes" is my favorite Port Chester spot. I always get the vegetarian quesadillas, which are unlike any quesadillas I've ever had stateside! Cheesy but light, unique sauces, fresh lettuce, radish slices, and crema on top... read more

This is a very authentic grill-style Mexican place. This place has been here for a long time (I started coming here in 1995, and it was very popular among SUNY Purchase students). They tend to cater to the Port Chester immigrant community, but the lady behind the counter speaks pretty good english. I live on Long Island, but I love this place so much that I make an effort to come here whenever I am passing through Westchester co. Really good tacos al carbon! read more

Food was good and owner was very nice. The place is cash only so I was a bit low on cash so owner gave my daughter some extra rice and beans at no charge. Would recommend this place if you want authentic food. There was a bakery not sure that had great treats as well. read more

While looking for a bite before a show, stopped into Las Brisas. The food was delicious!

I always enjoy coming here, because of the food and homey feel of the place. Can get crowded. Breakfasts are great.

This place honestly has the best steak burrito I've ever eaten. I come here often, and the staff is always very pleasant as well.

I've been coming here since the late 90's and it's always good. Never had a bad experience. I usually get burritos and black beans but I hear the rest is great too. Parking on the street is a little tricky but the food is worth the hassle. UPDATE 11/09/17 : I was at Las Brisas again yesterday and upon recommendation from other posters, ordered the enchiladas. SUPERB! I got 2 queso and 2 steak and both were delicious! read more

This was my first time here and I thought it was great! I had the grilled steak with rice and French fries to go. I couldn't believe that it only cost $9.75!! The lady behind the counter was very nice and even asked me if I wanted some hot sauce to try for my steak! The whole meal was delicious! I will definitely come back!! read more

Best burritos in town, love the carnitas. Been coming here for 15+ years Chon is the man! If your near by stop by, you won't regret it

The best Mexican food I've ever eaten in Westchester!! Highly recommended if you're picking up!!

I had a delicious cholula sandwich. The service was fast and the prices can't be beat. $4.00 for the hot sandwiches. All the other food looked very good as well. read more

Huevos Rancheros are excellent!!! Place has been there for long time. Same people work there every day and the food is consistent. My coworkers say its dirty but I disagree you can see the entire kitchen from the front counter - ITs WHAT you dont see at restaurants that you need to worry about. And oh yeah no one there speaks English just Spanish and everyone is Mexican which = recipe for the best ethnic restaurants Good place they only take cash - another good sign for good food. read more

Great food at a great price. Been a happy customer for over 20 years! Everything on the menu is a win. Burritos, tacos, nachos, enchiladas, even their soup is delicious! The staff is very friendly, but if you speak even a little Spanish, it would certainly make ordering easier. The decor is very simple, almost feels like you are hanging out at a friend's house. The menu items are written on white boards displayed on the wall. They do not serve alcohol but have Jarritos soda. read more

I have been a Las Brisas customer for over 20 years. Starting eating there when I was right out of college, new to the area & couldn't afford much else. It's 20ish years later and I still love the place. It's not fancy and it's somewhat self-serve (drinks are in a cooler) but in all the times I've eaten their food I have never had a bad meal. A solid meal and an amazing bargain. read more

One of the best east coast Mexican places. Glad to see it is still doing well. The whole menu is stellar and authentic. Many Mexican restaurants offer too many dishes, while Las Brisas wins with their regional recipes. Chilaquiles are top of the line! read more
