He was willing to take our reservation, where I pre-ordered the Paella for 6, and asked him to choose 4 appetizers. We had an AMAZING meal! First, we didn't have to make choices, though that was an option. The appetizers included cauliflower, wonderful, shrimp ceviche, yum, guacamole and steak nachos...they were all devoured! Second, Ernesto prepared the food himself and everything was so fresh tasting, shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, and the saffron flavor in the rice was perfect. I don't personally eat clams and mussels, but I did that Sat night, they looked and tasted so good and had just the right texture! We had their flan for dessert, again, delicious! Due to my greediness with the appetizers, I took some Paella leftovers home, and they reheated perfectly. All in all, we had a wonderful meal at a reasonable price.
