They were understaffed on the busy Saturday night that we came. It's unfortunate because they do deserve a 5 star. Our order took a little too long to make it to our table. However, we did enjoy every bite of our tacos. The beans were very good! We will definitely be returning. Our server was so friendly and polite considering she may have been overwhelmed with the number of clients she had to serve. Came in for lunch recently and there weren't very many people there. Not sure why, it was absolutely spot on. Great food, especially the verde salsa in the bottle! The frijoles a la charra were great, chorizo awesome. The waitress I had was super helpful too. read more

This is more like 4.75 stars but that's splitting hairs. First...the charro beans are great. They're not watered down at all...have authentic flavor to it. Nice presentation as well in the small pewter cups and spoons....good detail. I ordered the fajita plate, my wife the fajita tacos, and also some fries for our 2 yr old son. Overall...the food was delicious! I couldn't find anything wrong with any of it, flavor-wise. The fajita was tasty, cooked and seasoned just right. The flour tortillas tasted home made. The rice and beans had great texture and were the perfect sides. Honestly some of the best fries I've eaten....spot-on crispy but not oily at all. The best fries! Only knock down was I wish they had put just a little more fajita on the plate...just s little more meat and bam! No complaints...but other than that, great food overall. BUT...the winner here for us was the service. We had great waiters who were very friendly and always checked on us. We also went on a Sat night so there was a guy singing some music which made de good ambience. Loved it... definitely going back. read more

Food was delicious! Huge variety, almost to much to choose from. The charro beans were perfect. Only criticism is if drink a lot while you eat like myself there is no fountain drinks, everything is single serve. Very very good taco place. It is different than the typical valley tacos, it is definitely more like the interior of Mexico. We really enjoyed everything we tried. I especially liked the tacos de trompo, which are not quite like Mexico City, because let's face it, nothing is. But it was very good, love the pineapple on it. Beans were good. This is my first review ever and I only installed the app for this. When we got there customer service was good, and we ordered 1lb of barbacoa to go which came with 6 homemade corn tortillas, limes, and salsas. The food everyone else was getting looked so good and my bf and I were excited to eat ours :( when we opened the box the barbacoa looked less than 1lb and had so many bones in it Me and my bf only had 1 taco each and it wasn't even enough, it looked like they just squished the barbacoa on the plate too. Maybe It's best to get other items on the menu AND eat in person next time. But I don't recommend the barbacoa and I had read another review about someone else not liking it either. read more

Took forever to take our order. When we ordered they were out of a lot of items. Regardless we did order. We were there 40 minutes when we saw other tables getting their food. Some had same thing as we ordered. When we asked the waiter looked dumb founded and couldn't answer why we didn't have our meal other than some items take longer to make.
