Excellent service! Very helful! Close to the cruise line, on the way to downtown Ensenada shopping area. We had a bit of everything and it was alll really good. Red chilaquiles, beans, pancakes, bacon, menudo, and a quesadilla. All of which were served with fresh homemade tortillas!

Octopus appetizer with bread. The salsa was excellent!

The best octopus appetizer I had so far outside of Italy! It was a cold January morning and my husband and didn't want to walk too far to find a place to eat. We picked this place out of convenience. The decor is a humble family restaurant and it didn't really look that promising. We were not too hungry so we didn't think it was going to be too bad of a place for a small bite. Benjamin assisted us and he recommended the octopus appetizer or a cheese type of fondue with sausage or nopales. We deduced to give the octopus a try and ordered a 7 Mares seafood soup. I liked it that he told us that the soup is a big portion and that we could share it. I liked it that he didn't try to upscale us and was honest about the serving portion as we had told him we were not hungry. They served salsa with chips as we were waiting for our meal to come in. I loved how the chips were not greasy and that the salsa was sooooo yummy. It was bit spicy for my taste but excellent. I couldn't stop dipping my chips! When the octopus appetizer came in we were shocked at how beautifully the plate was presented. This could have been a plate served at a 5 start restaurant. Our first bite was heavenly! It was just the perfect balance of soft chewiness and warmth. You could taste the freshens, olive oil, garlic and lemons. We compared it to our best octopus dish outside of Italy! The soup came in an was filled with clams, shrimp, octopus and crab. It was great but a bit salty for me. Don't let the humble look of the restaurant fool you, we were just expecting an average meal to fill our tummies and we left there excited to try this place! Benjamin was super nice and attentive. He made us feel welcomed even if we didn't order a big meal.

Our wedding was supposed to happen in the midst of Covid-19. But, had to get postponed to the following year 2021. Long story short everything was about money for them. I wanted to change to an outdoor venue since it was more safe for our small 85 guests. But, they made it seem like they couldn't find outdoor winery in Valle de Guadalupe. Here I am contacting places 7 months before my wedding. Everywhere I called they're was availability. At first everything was going great and little things started to fall out of place. Keep in mind that all the planning started in December of 2019. I would say that you need to stay on top of everything! I mean everything! Keep asking questions or state your concerns. If you want a certain vendor at your wedding I would say contact them directly. Going thru Lorena Cardenas will cost you an arm and a leg. I had three different vendors and was less than half the price. Taco stand guy $240 for 100 people, Mariachi $600 for 3 hours and also a music group for $500 for the whole night. My biggest complaint was getting a call literally 4 weeks before my wedding that the church was missing a document. I sent all the documents that was required in July of 2020 and why are they telling me about this 4 weeks before my wedding? I was so stressed out!! Literally, had to call several churches in LA to get this paperwork expedited to Ensenada within a 2 weeks. Also, I had the DJ call me the night before my wedding asking me for the type of music I wanted him to play. Which was so weird because I wasn't even prepare for that phone call. I told him to play newer hip-hop and Spanish music and that didn't happened. When it was time to our bridal party to enter he didn't even announce their names. Other things happened during our wedding planning that aren't worth sharing that bother me. I would say STAY ON TOP OF THEM!! Ask questions and state your concerns. Here's the revised version:…read more The owner contacted me and offered a free event, which I declined, requesting a refund instead. She then offered a 20% refund and asked me to change my review, which I again declined. She claimed that despite paying for full event planning services, the event was subpar because I hadn't been involved in planning it. They didn't call. They didn't ask me to go their warehouse. They didn't do anything until the week of the event, when they tried to fit me into their random available times to walk them through my space via FaceTime. To clarify, I paid $2,000 for someone to plan and orchestrate an event. What I received was maybe a $200-$300 setup, and it's apparently my fault for not planning the event I paid someone to plan. She argued that I should have requested changes during the setup. However, I wasn't home at the time. The whole point of hiring this service was to arrive at a fully set-up event with my guests. When I arrived, they were still setting up as my guests were arriving (even though they were supposed to have been gone by then). So, there wasn't time to make changes, and it would have been an awkward conversation anyway. Instead of blaming me, they should have done the job they were paid to do or not sold the package in the first place. To add insult to injury, she compared this situation to eating a pizza and then requesting a refund. This was over $2k. It's not even close to ordering a pizza and asking for a refund. She ripped me off. I stand by my request for a full refund. She should have offered that refund on her own. This event was pitiful. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

Andrea did an amazing job with the decorating and was very welcoming and accommodating to my events needs. The table decor and balloon decor was spot on and we loved it all! Was a very comfortable set up for 25 people including some kiddos!
