Our wedding was supposed to happen in the midst of Covid-19. But, had to get postponed to the following year 2021. Long story short everything was about money for them. I wanted to change to an outdoor venue since it was more safe for our small 85 guests. But, they made it seem like they couldn't find outdoor winery in Valle de Guadalupe. Here I am contacting places 7 months before my wedding. Everywhere I called they're was availability. At first everything was going great and little things started to fall out of place. Keep in mind that all the planning started in December of 2019. I would say that you need to stay on top of everything! I mean everything! Keep asking questions or state your concerns. If you want a certain vendor at your wedding I would say contact them directly. Going thru Lorena Cardenas will cost you an arm and a leg. I had three different vendors and was less than half the price. Taco stand guy $240 for 100 people, Mariachi $600 for 3 hours and also a music group for $500 for the whole night. My biggest complaint was getting a call literally 4 weeks before my wedding that the church was missing a document. I sent all the documents that was required in July of 2020 and why are they telling me about this 4 weeks before my wedding? I was so stressed out!! Literally, had to call several churches in LA to get this paperwork expedited to Ensenada within a 2 weeks. Also, I had the DJ call me the night before my wedding asking me for the type of music I wanted him to play. Which was so weird because I wasn't even prepare for that phone call. I told him to play newer hip-hop and Spanish music and that didn't happened. When it was time to our bridal party to enter he didn't even announce their names. Other things happened during our wedding planning that aren't worth sharing that bother me. I would say STAY ON TOP OF THEM!! Ask questions and state your concerns. She then offered a 20% refund and asked me to change my review, which I again declined. She claimed that despite paying for full event planning services, the event was subpar because I hadn't been involved in planning it. They didn't call. They didn't ask me to go their warehouse. They didn't do anything until the week of the event, when they tried to fit me into their random available times to walk them through my space via FaceTime. To clarify, I paid $2,000 for someone to plan and orchestrate an event. What I received was maybe a $200-$300 setup, and it's apparently my fault for not planning the event I paid someone to plan. She argued that I should have requested changes during the setup. However, I wasn't home at the time. The whole point of hiring this service was to arrive at a fully set-up event with my guests. When I arrived, they were still setting up as my guests were arriving (even though they were supposed to have been gone by then). So, there wasn't time to make changes, and it would have been an awkward conversation anyway. Instead of blaming me, they should have done the job they were paid to do or not sold the package in the first place. To add insult to injury, she compared this situation to eating a pizza and then requesting a refund. This was over $2k. It's not even close to ordering a pizza and asking for a refund. She ripped me off. I stand by my request for a full refund. She should have offered that refund on her own. This event was pitiful. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

Andrea did an amazing job with the decorating and was very welcoming and accommodating to my events needs. The table decor and balloon decor was spot on and we loved it all! Was a very comfortable set up for 25 people including some kiddos!

My friends and I stopped here on our way back to the US border. After buying a bottle of tequila…read morewith a credit card, we walked back to the border. Right before we got to the border, an employee had run up from behind to catch up with us -- he had seen on his machine that they had over-charged our credit card and wanted to fix the mistake. He RAN all the way from the store to the border in order to catch us! He easily could have let us go, but he went above and beyond to do the right thing. After fixing the over-charge mistake, they even offered to drive us to the border. Needless to say, we were very appreciative. Thanks to Sr. Julian Palombo Saucedo (he gave us his business card) and his employees for treating us with kindness and integrity.

Stopped in for an al fresco brunch with an ocean front view. There is nothing like eating a…read moredelicious and authentic meal with the sound of the ocean as your soundtrack. The flavors and textures of the classic meals served here are almost perfect. Their menu doesn't change, and it doesn't have to. They do what they do like a finely tuned machine. The chilaquiles are one of the best I've tried. The eggs are always cooked perfectly and always taste farm fresh. You even try quail eggs and venizon from their nearby ranch. Cinco estrellas!

When we ask for a discount they claimed there was already a discount in place. I don't believe them. Next the room! The curtain had mold in them, there was no heater or a fan while some rooms had it. The Tv had no channels available, the sheets were stained with yellow staines on them, the restaurant was awful the food was not well prepped and it was over priced. The meat was severely undercooked. The bar tender was not friendly at all he had an attitude. Just an overall horrible bad experience with the hotel!
