My only critique was with the syrup. It's promoted as buttermilk syrup but it tasted like strait caramel/butterscotch. Think of those little butterscotch hard candies. This was the only disappointing part, I was looking forward to a light buttermilk syrup to melt into the pancake but it was heavy and had way too much flavor.
