If I could rate this zero stars, I would. I was talked into getting the most expensive service. $150. The man at intake was kind and seemed trustworthy, allowing me to pick out the fragrance in advance. Cashier was also very friendly. However, after the service, I was shocked to find that my floors and seats were incredibly damp. The man with the two Dobermans said to leave my car doors open for several hours for two days to get them dry. I wish I had been informed this before service-because it wasn't a convenient option for me due to where I live. The man with the Dobermans also attempted to pressure me into tipping his men. "My men did a great job on your car. They deserve a tip!" I paid in advance with a credit card however. After leaving, I noticed the fragrance was not given. I had to return to pick them up. It's been a week now and my floors are still very soggy and wet, I've tried everything within my power, living in an apartment. The smell is atrocious and mildew. I regret going to this place. My car now smells horrible potentially permanently. I'm quite upset. And that they begged for a tip and the car was still not properly cleaned inside. Damp and dirty. Do not recommend. Big mistake of mine by not reading the reviews ahead of time. Waste of money and now I'm left with a damp and smelly car. :-( They really need to FULLY INFORM customers properly prior to service of the potential risks with a deep detail and that the floor may remain damp. Would rate zero if I could. Went in for a full service last Friday for my white Dodge Avenger while trying to enjoy myself at a weekend in Vegas ($150, which is a bit high for the service given). I didn't realize until a few days later that the crew threw away my apartment's parking pass. "Honest mistake" I thought, it happens. I told my apartment complex about my situation and they said as long as I had the staff shoot me an email apologizing for the honest mistake, they'd give me a new one no problem. When I called management explaining I just needed an email saying it was an honest mistake, they refused with a rude tone "they don't do that here" and hung up on me. The fact that it would have costed nothing to just send a quick email, tells you everything you need to know about this place. If you're not in the door wanting service then they don't want anything to do with you. Greedy. I went in for a complete detail, the highest service they had. Was referred here by my auto shop in order to have my engine cleaned. The outside of my truck was cleaned great, as well as my engine, yet the cup holders and parts of the windows were much to be desired. The cup holders weren't cleaned enough. For $200, the job felt really rushed. I was put off by one of the workers demanding a tip from me after the job was finished. For one, I didn't have much cash on me, and two, I felt that it wasn't worth a good tip for the job that was done. I felt like I was getting robbed when the man was demanding a tip. I gave whatever cash I had in my wallet. Lady at the cash register was nice enough, though. Overall, pretty mediocre job for the amount I paid for, and wasn't pleased by how the worker was forcing me to tip. Probably would go somewhere else for detailing next time. read more

However, they always accept what I want for my car. I watch the entire process every time. I have much invested in my car and trust they will help take care of it. So I came here to get my car cleaned inside an out. I paid 100 dollars for a detail clean and they literally just poured a bucket of water with soap an sanitizer on my floor an called it a day. My floor carpet was soaked an destroyed an took 5 day's to dry in this ducking heat. My car stinks like sanitizer every time I get in it I can't breathe. I have to have my floors replaced.
