My son and I had such an incredible time on our ATV/UTV adventure in Vegas--it was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth, exciting, and well-organized. The staff set the tone right away with how friendly and helpful they were throughout the entire sign-up process. While reservations are definitely recommended to speed things up, we noticed they were just as accommodating to walk-ins, which was great to see. Kyra helped get us signed up and made everything feel easy and welcoming. Before heading out, Palmer and Caleb led the safety introduction, and they were both knowledgeable, engaging, and actually made it fun instead of just informational. You could tell they really cared about everyone having a safe and enjoyable experience. They provided all the gear we needed--helmets, face coverings, and even cold water, which was a lifesaver in the desert heat. Out on the course, we saw staff actively checking in on riders, making sure everyone was doing well, which added an extra level of comfort. Kyra, Palmer, and Monse were all very polite and informative. Kyra handled the safety briefing very well while Palmer and Monse assisted us with checkout and equipment fitting. Kyra gave me some good tips on giving the kiddos a memorable experience and all-in-all, we had a great time riding the hills and trails! It was super-windy that day, too! I recommend long sleeves if it's not too hot. The winds can be vicious and sting you or little ones with sand and tiny rocks. I accidentally purchased goggles for everyone but it was worth it to have fresh lenses. I was a bit worried about a few of those hills but once you get a feel for the capabilities of the UTV, it's remarkable what you can do. Try it out! Kiddos and I had a great time!! read more

We rented from Las Vegas Outdoor Fun today and honestly the whole experience was pretty disappointing. The actual riding could've been fun, but one worker completely killed the vibe for our whole group. One guy kept bringing up that he was "ex military" over and over and was rude the entire time. We got basically no real safety briefing or demonstration before heading out. I personally ride already, but some of my brother them had zero experience and definitely could've used guidance. My brother specifically told them he didn't know how to ride a 400 quad and instead of recommending a smaller beginner quad or helping him out, the worker made rude comments. As we were leaving the yard crossing the street, the guy literally joked about him "dying out there because he doesn't know what he's doing." That's not something you say to first-time riders. Unfortunately, not even 10 minutes later my brother crashed and the quad ran him over pretty badly. We had to turn around and bring him back immediately. After dropping him off, I went back out to continue riding and then my own quad ran out of gas about 10-15 minutes later. We got stranded out in the hot sun waiting around 15-20 minutes for them to come find us. To be fair, all the other workers we interacted with were polite and friendly. But that one employee completely ruined the experience for us. Coming from Hawaii and spending good money on this trip, we expected way better customer service and safety support. This place is huge. I mean it's really big. I felt like there was plenty of jumps and plenty of trails to ride I definitely recommend doing this not in the hot season do this and the beginning of March and mid March, but not in the summer when it's too hot I couldn't imagine it being as fun as it is. It's perfect weather with a breeze. I'm disappointed I didn't get any pictures. Definitely gonna update this review once I go back and I'm gonna take a lot of pictures. A little bummed about that that's my own fault. I was just too excited, but that means it was a great time.! Don't you think it's a great time. If you forget everything I'm just laughing and might see her the next day. That's one thing. I definitely do remember because I was just so happy and full of smile. Great outdoor activity about 45 minutes away from the strip. We were happy to find an affordable 2 hour ATV rental where we were free to roam the desert on our own. They allowed us to use their protective gear for no extra cost. They gave us a thorough rundown of how to use the equipment and what to do and not do. If you're looking for a hands-off ATV experience this is the place to go to. After a brief safety check on what to do for emergencies and a quick tutorial on operating the vehicles you're out on your own to have whatever adventures you'd like! Kyra & Saxon were friendly & approachable, knowledgeable about the vehicles, and were as flexible as they could be to make our experience as unforgettable as possible. This was the highlight of our trip! Coming from upstate New York, we all had experience driving an ATV. Having said that, this might be a bit of an intimidating experience if you had no prior riding. The trails were super hilly, rocky, and vast! So much cool terrain to explore. We loved every second of it. It was exciting to be able to ride anywhere and explore everything.
