However, once I was taken back, the tech made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Ultimately I am disappointed with the quality of my ultrasound experience here at Miracle in Progress. While the 2D heartbeat check IS only 5 minutes long, the tech really did the bare minimum. Keep in mind they charge the same prices here as Sneak A Baby Peek. I brought some family along and the experience was really lackluster. I am really surprised at all the good reviews. The tech (I didn't catch her name) didn't speak at all, barely said anything the whole session. No one could hear her when she did say something because she was so quiet, which made the experience really boring and not special for family. When I go to Sneak a Baby Peek, the techs are so personable and so excited right along with you, explain everything they're doing and seeing, and they even provide multiple previews in 3D/4D during their 5-min heartbeat session at no extra cost just for fun and to go the extra mile. Also, I only got 2 pictures here, rather than the 5 I'm used to at the other business. Another thing I wanted to point out is that I had to ask for the tech to measure the baby (they provide this at SABP without even being asked), and she provided a completely inaccurate measurement. I'm almost 19 weeks along and she said baby was measuring 17w 4d. This is inaccurate because at my recent ultrasound baby was measuring a week ahead in the 18+ week mark. All in all if you've ever been to Sneak A Baby Peek don't expect that quality of service if you come here to Miracle in Progress. Also, their office is a lot nicer. It's worth the drive.

The staff that gave me the gown to change into explained it like she has done this for decades, even though she is probably still in her 20s. The imaging technician that preformed the CT procedure was very professional with outstanding bedside manner. She took her time to make sure the procedure was done with the best results for the lab and my doctor to review. During the procedure, she told me about what was coming up and what to expect, so I was not surprised by any of the steps or chemicals used during the procedure. Also very pleasantly surprised that the wait time once I was in the back waiting area was under 10 minutes, before I was lead to the imaging room for the procedure. Solid 4 stars.

He is one of the best, if not the best ER doctors I have dealt with in more than 2 decades. I knew I was battling Pneumonia and know to go right in. This time it seemed to be worsening. I have worked with Dr. Christensen before (he stitched up a non-stop bleeding cut on my finger). I went in and was on the gurney and he was asking all sorts of questions (to get a better picture of what was going on). I was getting upset because I could barely string together 2 to 3 words. I was confused and dizzy. Bottom line: Dr. Christensen saved my life. I had pneumonia WITH SEPSIS. Oxygen Saturation also continuing to go below the minimum standard. True Emergency. Dr. Christensen was an angel in my corner. He didn't minimize the situation. With each breath I could hear the "crackling" no matter where the stethoscope was placed. He knew what was going on and went to work on me. IV Rocephin, tablet antibiotic, oxygen delivered via nasal cannula, 2 rounds of breathing treatment and he wanted to transport me to a hospital (via ambulance) with a larger ER to continue treatment. Also the fact that all the specialities are in one place (pulmonary). He told me this and I had to decide. Everyone (RN's and others) were preparing me for transport and I told them that I refuse (had to sign off) follow-on treatment. They knew how dire the situation was and were upset. Dr. Christensen remained calm and was a guiding hand. I should have done what he wanted (he actually CARED). What he did was stabilize me enough and continue the battle with multiple oral antibiotics, so that I could knock out the pneumonia. Sepsis was eliminated with his and his team's effort. I went into another ER a couple days later, as other medical staff I told, were also alarmed. I knew the sepsis was gone, but still went anyway. Sepsis was confirmed to be gone, but I still had some pneumonia via their x-ray. I am going to randomly stop by to shake your hand, Dr. Christensen (maybe hug you, like a bro hug - well maybe that's a stretch, haha). Please, please, please, keep this amazing Doctor on rotation at this location. Thank you for all you and your team do. Skilled human beings taking care of hurting human beings. Deeply grateful and again, highly recommend this ER. If you get any of the Doctor's, especially Dr. Christensen, then you are in good hands. The ER is a smaller, but packs a punch. Thank you. I had a suspected broken arm so my doctor sent me to Pueblo Medical Imaging with x-ray orders…read more Since they are open later than every other imaging place in town and I needed to get seen right away, it was my only option at the time. As a walk-in patient, the process was fairly painless and I was seen within an hour after arriving. Not bad considering it was after 5 pm! The staff was nice enough but didn't seem too professional, especially the lady at the front desk. Even worse, the estimated amount I owed and had to pay ended up being about $125 MORE than she originally quoted me (even with insurance). That dreaded bill in the mail arrived about two weeks later, and it was a nasty surprise especially after putting an expensive co-pay on a credit card during my initial visit. The facility seemed high tech and was clean, especially in the back. The lobby was uncomfortable and reminded me of a run down bus station. There were plenty of seats, but it's not the most pleasant place to have to sit and wait. Once I was taken in the back, the tech was super friendly and did a good job explaining what she was doing, which helped take the edge off an already stressful situation. She wasn't very thoughtful when it came to having me raise my arm for x-ray pictures, though, and I constantly had to keep reminding her that my arm was potentially broken (indeed it was) and trying to lift if over my head was incredibly painful. The entire x-ray process took less than 30 minutes, and they got the images to my doctor within two days. Yep, broken arm right at the shoulder! That meant I was able to get in to see an orthopedist for professional treatment that same week! I wouldn't make Pueblo Medical Imaging my first choice the next time I need x-rays, but it worked in a pinch and is great if you need to get some imaging done outside typical medical office hours.

They're pursuing me for an out-of-pocket rate that is 5x the insurance-allowed rate. I'm only updating this review, because I've attempted to call Pueblo three times over the past two days, and they promise to call me back and don't. I'm not sure whether this is fraud or just pure incompetence, but do *NOT* seek services here. Going to the Attorney General if I get one more call or bill for these people. And for the ridiculous effort it's taken to get this claim processed, that refund needs to come quickly.

It was two weeks out. I had to be realistic, especially with fasting. I needed an AM appt before…read morework. I usually select the first available or the last available for all of my appts. But online I was finding other locations but again, I gotta be realistic. I had to choose the one that's convenient to my location. I had lots of email reminders before my appt. In my texts, I was instructed to click on the link to "Check in" before going inside. I went inside. No need to check in. There were a dozen people in the Waiting Room. It didn't seem like I waited a long time. (The very familiar Sesame Street characters were on the TV. Intertwined with health related announcements.) The female clerk was very nice. I gave her my paperwork and my insurance card. She verified my info. It was easy. As long as I don't look, I'm good. Later on, I double checked my info too. Easy-peasy. She said people try to squeeze in before their actual appointment or they didn't realize that they made the appt for a different location, but get mad at them when they don't honor it. C'mon people, seriously, it's not their fault that you made a mistake.
