It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. I have also explained that i have called before and I am still told, "we will look it up (the repair) and call you back". To date, no one has called back. I have had the needed repairs handled elsewhere. I wouldn't let these guys work on my car for free. There is no customer service, really, it's is non-existent. I explained that I was simply trying to do business and didn't appreciate the way I was being spoken to. His response was to tell me that I could leave. I left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. I can't say why I was treated that way, but the interaction left me questioning whether bias may have played a role. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be treated with that level of disrespect. I took my business elsewhere and would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
