I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!

No big deal like, we fixed it. I drove one hour to this place to get the certificate. First they tried to tell me they have to look at it again so they would have to charge me for another inspection. I guess because I was a woman I voiced my opinion about that. I was told don't worry I will take care of it by the front desk receptionist. Like he was doing me a favor. On the original certificate, it said white for the bulb when I took it back they then explained it was a chip of on the bulb as I'm sitting in the waiting room for another hour while they're back in the bay laughing and joking. Without fail, I have NEVER gotten a call back!! I have waited 2-3 days each time (between calls). I have also explained that i have called before and I am still told, "we will look it up (the repair) and call you back". To date, no one has called back. I have had the needed repairs handled elsewhere. I wouldn't let these guys work on my car for free. There is no customer service, really, it's is non-existent. I can't imagine, not will I find out, what the service would look like if they actually had my car in the shop.

So, this crook of a man sabotaged my car so that I would have to bring it back to his shop so that he could rip me off and charge me a boat load of money for a problem that he himself caused!
