He noticed right away why my iPad wouldn't charge -- my kid had snapped off the male tip of the charging cable inside the port. Micah pulled out some specialty tweezers, popped it right out in seconds, and said, "This one's on the house." I then asked about replacing the battery, and instead of upselling me, he walked me through the cost honestly and pointed out that at that price point, I was getting very close to the cost of a newer used iPad. That kind of transparency is rare. Super knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely helpful. These guys are great -- especially Micah. Highly recommend.
