I was really concerned about getting laser hair removal done and I put it off because of this. I guess I was worried it would hurt and it does a bit. The gals are nice and the treatments are quick. The place seems clean, they are good about being on time and it's not a fancy pants place. You just come in, do your treatment and go on with your day. They both seemed to be sensitive to your pain tolerance and work to keep it to a minumum. I have only had two treatments but I am ready to do my whole body. Be sure you research the treatment you are receiving, and ask questions before you sign up. That being said, this is a great place. The ladies who work here are nice and constantly check on your comfort. I have been receiving laser hair removal since January 2012. They only charge for the first 6 treatments, and everything following is free of charge. Because I have fine hair, I have required more than 6 treatments. Well...I am disappointed. After spending over $2,000 two years ago the hair that I had treated has all grown back. Very discouraging.

I wish I could choose Zero if it allows! Nena is the worst! She knows nothing about Botox! Don't waste ur money! I knew Lisa, she used to do laser for me n she was so good. I needed to do Botox which my dermatologist does for me for $400 every year. She moved to Santa Barbara, n I had to find an alternative since I trust Lisa, I went there for an estimate. Lisa saw me n the estimate was $250. I was so happy n excited that I'll save $150. I took an appointment with Lisa, n the one who did the Botox is Nena n it was horrible! Add to that , she told me that I need more n when I asked her how much; she said $275! I didn't mind n paid but it was horrible, as if I did nothing. I went back for touch ups after 10 days n Lisa wasn't there! N again it's Nena, she saw the awful work she had done. I asked for a solution n she recommended more Botox as she claimed "my face needs more"! Didn't ask how much coz I expect $50 max! But guess what! I end up paying a total of $650 while their estimate was initially $250! It's almost the triple n what upsets me more that it's so awful n made me look so ugly! Every time we do Botox, I look fabulous! Not with Nena at Laser Creation! She is the worst! Don't do my mistake n waste ur money in this horrible place. Pay half of the price going to a luxury professional dermatologist n y'll see immediate results! read more
