My visit to Laser Away in Anaheim Hills was pleasant! At the start, I was greeted by Chantelle at the front desk, she was so welcoming and warm! My nurse, Reshma was very professional and made sure I was comfortable. She kept chatting with me and that helped me to think less about the pain! It was my first laser appointment but I felt at ease and not intimidated at all. The clinic was also spotless and hygienic as they change the sheets after each use. I have always been super skeptical about getting laser hair removal but was also so interested in it. My cousin told me that this location was opening up and were offering a special package for legs, underarms and Brazilian. I called and made an appointment. Leading up to the appointment I was extremely nervous. Chantelle greeted me and she made me feel so welcome and helped ease my concerns. I've only had my second session for Brazilian and underarms this past Tuesday, but let me tell you, IT IS WORTH THE INVESTMENT! The procedure is super easy, and you are in and out of your appointments within 20 minutes max. Pain level is about 3-4/10 depending on the area that is being lasered. The office is super big and clean, and the staff are all very nice. I had my encounter with Michelle this past Tuesday, and she was so nice, it felt like talking to a friend that we got carried away into our conversation because she made me super comfortable. I was also convinced to invest in some of their skincare products, specifically the dark spot corrector and the retinol, so I will make an update on my progress in my hair reduction and skin. But overall, I would definitely recommend putting in the investment! read more

Honest review here! When I first came in to start my laser hair treatments, I was honestly super hesitant. I have a medium tan skin tone, and I've heard several horror stories about scarring on people with tan to dark skin tones. That being said, Chantelle and Allison were really great at answering all my questions and any doubts I had prior to signing up. Now, I'm about halfway through doing full body and face laser hair treatments, and I'm absolutely amazed at the results! I haven't had to shave one bit, my skin is so smooth and hair growth has dramatically decreased to almost none. Lastly, I would like to point out how amazing the staff and nurses have been throughout my treatments. I've been treated my several nurses, and each and every one has been more than through and very attentive to making sure I was comfortable during each session.
