Unfortunately Morpheus 8 was recommended during my consultation to address cosmetic concerns, and I am now dealing with unexpected results. I received my treatment 3 months ago and still have visible, raised bumps and pigmentation in the treatment area that has been unresponsive to different prescriptions recommended by nurses and doctors at Ever/Body. Real talk, I went kinda nuts during the Black Friday sale and bought a bunch of packages online and that's why I have the IPLs which don't work for me. Sadly, I wish I could give this place a better rating. They were great to start, extremely helpful for booking, and the first Botox appointment I had I saw great results and was finally happy. I had been self conscious for a long time. Then I had my second appointment. After my follow up, I noticed nothing. I wrote to this location and asked if I can see someone because I was disappointed in my results. They made me come in for an appointment (which was not easy for me to travel to) all for them to tell me they couldn't do anything to help me. They told me their manager would follow up from me. Went to everybody soho for the first time to get a lip treatment done. The space was very clean, modern and the staff was super friendly upon greeting, a nice escape from the hustle/bustle of soho. I saw RN Amy Lee and I could not be more happy with my results. I was deciding between lip flip and filler and she walked me through the process of both and answered all my questions. I ended up going with lip flip because I wanted a more subtle change than filler and I couldn't be more happy with the results. You can tell Amy has a good aesthetic eye and will help you achieve exactly what you're looking for whether it's a subtle natural look or something more dramatic. Def will be returning :) read more

The practitioner was meh--he seemed pretty rushed and uninterested in being there. In fact after my service, he literally was at the front door with a bag prolly heading home haha--but hands down the star of the show was Brie. Omg she was suuuper nice, so knowledgeable, and paid attention to details that the practioner (in his haste) overlooked. A dope studio with IG-able visuals are now the standard in NY. I first visited Ever/Body for botox injections and was happy with the results and experience on multiple occasions because of this I decided to visit them for lip injections and am deeply disappointed. The filler was incorrectly injected so it sits above my lip. I have had two follow up appointments with the most recent appointment being the most concerning. The doctor attempted to gaslight me telling me that it could have been there before (it absolutely was not) and telling me to take antibiotics for inflammation because it could be a swollen lymph node. He also suggested that the way I talk could have moved the filler even though I immediately noticed an issue the same evening that I had the injection. I even went back to Ever/Body the following day so they could examine it then at which point they told me to wait 2 more weeks which led me to scheduling the second follow up. At the same time he also acted like he didn't feel the filler during the first half of the follow up as if I was making it up. He was not concerned that I am extremely disappointed in the overall experience. His bedside manner was horrific. The fact that he tried to act like he was not at fault was extremely unprofessional as the injection was clearly not done properly. The other RN's I have seen are great, but overall go elsewhere if you want good results and better treatment. I will not be returning. I am adjusting my review as one of Ever/Body's RN's, Christina, reached out to me. Her and Collette are both fantastic and I highly recommend them both. I also appreciate the professional way that Christina tried to make things right. However, I stand by that the doctor in question above is to be avoided if you decide to visit. read more

I visited Ever/Body for a free consultation about Botox and I felt very comfortable asking all my questions. They were very transparent about the process, results, and pricing.
