She personally called to remind my appointment and to let me know about about coming in early to have numbing cream on my lips. The rest of the staff i have met has been very friendly. Last month I had my 1st Clear & Brilliant laser treatment and today was my 1st Botox and filler treatment . My nurse today was Shoshana, she was very conservative in my treatment so that everything looks natural. Shoshana did a great job and went over the aftercare to help reduce swelling, make sure I was aware that there would be some bruising and recommendations to ensure that I get the best results. The employees here have always been very polite and kind however I have been called same day or with one day notice to reschedule for almost off of my appointments. I have been coming to laser away since January and I book my appointments 6+ weeks in advance. I understand that things come up and businesses may have to occasionally reschedule however needed to reschedule almost every appointment? Beyond the scheduling conflicts. The hair removal was ineffective. After each session the hair would fall out and seemed to be dissipating but after discontinuing the laser hair treatments for two months ALL of the original hair came back. As far as the tattoo removal goes, my tattoo is lightening over time however the experience (it terms of pain and duration) depends greatly on the tech. I won't be returning. read more

I've been going to this LaserAway location for a little over a year now and I have seen drastic improvements in my laser treatments (bikini, armpits & legs). LaserAway has several locations as well and it's nice that I can transfer my treatment appointments elsewhere like a branch location in LA or OC. My home location Cerritos is the best LaserAway branch and each nurses I have been scheduled with are diligent and are very attentive with making your experience and as pain-free as possible. I'd like to shout out Nurse Denise who has treated me several times the past year and recently, was able to talk me through about peeling she had noticed on my skin and therefore, scheduling a separate appointment for that laser treatment area to avoid any irritation or bad laser burns. I was able to reschedule my appointment at no extra charge and I really appreciated that she had took the time to talk and check with her advisor regarding the skin condition I had at the time.
