Kim and Eryn provided exceptional customer service, the moment you walk in! Very welcoming and quick! When I first walked in, Kim greeted me and got me checked in. Due to covid, she checked my temperature (forehead temp check) first, and provided me some hand sanitizer. She was very personable and helpful in providing answers to any questions I had. I was then greeted by Eryn and was taken to the room to get my laser treatment. I am only doing the underarm today but will also start the bikini line in a few weeks. Anyways, Eryn provided me with more after care instructions. She made me feel super comfortable and the process was super quick! The laser felt like a quick pinch. You can feel a slight sting from the zapping but it's very quick and very tolerable. I didn't feel any pain whatsoever. After I was done, I felt good. No pain even after. The process was so fast that I felt like I just dropped in for a few minutes. 15 minutes tops. Can't wait for my other sessions! Very excited and happy I chose to do this. I have been going to LaserAway Costa Mesa for about a year now for laser hair removal and IPLs. I live closer to Cerritos but will drive the extra 15 minutes to Costa Mesa because I love the girls there! The front desk girls are always so sweet and adorable and I feel really comfortable with the nurses. I stopped the hair removal during summer with the advice of the nurse Mardy because she knows I go to the beach often and I feel as though she really does care about my safety and results of my procedures (lets be real, this isn't cheap!). I've only had one treatment, so I can't speak to results yet. It was my first time getting laser hair removal for my Brazilian and under arms. When I walked in. I was greeted by staff and they gave me a tour. I felt really comfortable and they asked if I had any concerns for my treatment. They reassured me that I was in good hands and their nurse had been doing laser hair removal for 10 years and they have the latest technology.
