I have been going to LaserAway for years now starting in California and now the Denver location. Every location I have been to has had amazing staff and the Denver location is no exception. They take the time to explain the different package options and ways to combine multiple treatments to get the most for your money. My favorite clinician there is Abby who I have gotten laser hair removal and xeomin treatments with. My first time getting xeomin Abby made sure to take the time to explain the treatment and made me feel very comfortable with the process and now I am hooked. i started going to them 2 years ago for Botox and got excellent service. I recently bought a new package and surprise! there are NO appts until end of Nov and they cannot book in December and forth? I usually go to Sherman oaks and Pasadena locations in L.A so I am used to "L.A" level of service. So imagine my surprise when Denver Laser away offered me free coffee, tea, and water, as soon as I walked in! Never happened in Sherman oaks or Pasadena ! Most shockingly, the clinician, Amanda, herself numbed my face. I am used to doing In myself in both locations in L.A. Oh ! Free garage parking ! That never happens in any L.A. location ! So I was pleasantly surprised with amazing service! They even ask if you want a mini fan blowing your face during your laser treatment, clear and brilliant, to cool the tingling sensation. I was unable to get any information and I have received over 20 communications in the last 24 hours from all across the country in the form of email, phone calls, and texts. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly and my first full leg, Brazilian and arm pit laser hair removal was great. The procedure was fast. I could feel the powerful laser working and most of the procedure was pain free (I had a few sensitive spots on the back of my legs). Don't trust laser away!! Up until this point, I was happy with my services until my last service, they tried to talk me into a promotional deal. It sounded like a good deal and I considered it. They told me to go home, sign up for care credit and purchase the deal ON MY END. I couldn't figure out how to do so, as it's something they usually have to charge. So i gave up, took it as a sign to save my money. Well apparently, THEY MADE THE PURCHASE ON THEIR END, without me knowing. So i Woke up a week later to a $1000 charge on my care credit, which btw max me out and made my credit score drop. So I emailed them (don't bother, they don't respond at all), I called and they didn't understand my situation. About a day later, I was told they'd credit or refund me. 3 weeks later, nothing happened, I still owe $1000 for services I have no intention on having at this point. So I called again,they have no idea what date the credit applied (if it even did), so im disputing through care credit before I tank my credit score even more. They will scam you into paying for things you don't want!! 2 months ago, they would've gotten a 5 star from me but this really pissed me off, now im giving a 1 star!! They took advantage of me and im absolutely over it!! read more

Poor customer service on all levels. I was told I could cancel the agreement, and when I wanted to the sales rep refused to and was very condescending through the phone. That's the first time a representative has ever spoken to me in such a rude tone. He had no compassion whatsoever on why I needed to cancel, as it was a very personal issue. I tried going through customer support but they have yet to keep me in the loop on what's going on. Again, I have not used laseraway services and they refuse to cancel the contract, even though I was told that it can be canceled. This has been incredibly disappointing and stressful. Not a review of the services, but more about the booking process and business model. It feels super strange and salesy that you can't book an appointment without talking to a sales rep first. Who really has time for that? I've done my due diligence and know exactly what service I want, so why can't you just book online? Also, why is there no pricing on the website? I feel like they are losing out on a lot of $$ by having this type of business model bc I'd much rather go to another business that makes the process easier. read more

Honestly Im very disappointed with this service. I was on the fence about having this done because of how pricey it is and how nothing is guaranteed but the nurses convinced me I'd for sure have great results because of how fair my skin is and how dark my hair is. They recommended 6-8 treatments and I purchased the 8 right away. I went to all of my treatments when they recommended I go and followed all of the after care instructions. It did seem like I was getting great results and during every session the nurse would tell me how great my hair was reacting. After my 8th session I was still having some hair grow in but it was greatly reduced so I was pretty happy. Then I was told I should keep buying more treatments. This didn't make sense to me because it was never mentioned before when I first decided to do this that a lot of people end up needing to keep coming back to make sure the hair doesn't come back. I was assured that I should need 8 treatments max. now it's been a couple of months since my 8th treatment and my hair is completely growing back how it was before I ever got laser hair removal. I understand that results vary but for it to completely come back after about 3 months is crazy, especially with how every treatment they said it was working so well. read more

I've gotten laser at other companies before (bikini, underarms) & came to Laser Away because my results didn't last :/ While I'm a bit of a baby when it comes to pain from the laser, the cool air here definitely helps and the staff is so accommodating at Laser Away, it's so much easier to fit appointments into my schedule and inquire about other services without feeling pressured. There customer service was good until I no longer was able to get treatment anymore due to a family emergency. I called in the next day notifying them that I was unable to go through with the treatment. in the state of Colorado we have the right to back out of a loan or contract within 3 days it's known as a "cooling off period". When I stated this to their sales rep she said that isn't true but if you look it up we do. They were so persistent in not letting me get out of this payment provider called ally. I was going to take this route because it would be easier for me to make payments if I was able to go through with treatment. However, they wouldn't let me cancel until I paid the full price through their payment provider ally or out of pocket. I tried asking them why did I still have to pay if I was unable to get treatment. And they said because I called and scheduled within "there deal time" okay but I didn't even get a consultation with a nurse like they said and they are already asking for money. So I tried getting out of their payment provider situation but that didn't work because if I didn't pay my credit would have bust. So if you want a service that will take your money without treatment go with them because at then end of the day you might lose 2k like I did and have no treatment done. I will never be using this company again and I'll make sure to network and spread awareness about the scams this company runs. read more
