The tattoo is over 25 years old, and done with a homemade tattoo gun, so my results are probably better and done in a shorter amount of visits than most others, but either way this is an excellent service and well worth the money. Ive seen some reviews from people complaining about wait times, but keep in mind that in order for them to do your tattoo removal at such a affordable price, they need to book as many people as possible. For the record, I have never waited more than 15 minutes. Show up early for your appointment and be patient. Otherwise go to another place and spend thousands of dollars for the same service.

Amy helped me get checked in and choose a facial, and was the one to provide my treatment. She also offered me a complimentary beverage while I waited to be called in. I got the AquaGlow facial and it was a great first experience! I felt incredibly welcome, the music was relaxing, and whenever I'd ask, Amy would explain the process to me no problem. She was very kind, professional, and hospitable. For my first time ever getting a facial this was an amazing experience. My skin looks and feels so clean and hydrated, I learned more about what's going on with my skin, was given suggestions for maintenance, as well as a complimentary face mask to apply tomorrow night. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lena did my treatment. She seemed knowledgeable and told me about options and expectations. We discussed what I wanted done before she started. Room had a tv angled from the ceiling so you can watch it comfortably while laying down. She starts with measurements and pictures, does some markings on the stomach (may not be necessary for other body parts) and then sprays the cold cryo stuff on. That part was pretty quick. Then I laid down and she did my face/neck. When applying a serum + sunscreen afterward, she massaged it in and that was nice and relaxing. She's very gentle and checks in frequently to make sure you feel ok/it's not hurting. Finally, I chose to end with EMS. They described it as vibrations that are equivalent to 1,000 crunches. Another option is to use metal tools similar to a gua sha. Overall, took about 1.5 hrs. Front waiting area is a bit small. Can only fit 4 people sitting, but really just 2 comfortably (2 chairs and 1 small couch). They have a small fridge with waters and some snacks above it. I'm going to wait at least a few days to see if I have any noticeable results. They recommended 10 sessions, which is $2k if booked as a package. While I would love the see the results of that many sessions, it's difficult for me to take off that often from work and have sitters for my kids.. so we'll see. Buuuut, the staff made for an excellent first experience and I would recommend giving them a try (at least for the aesthetics stuff; I can't attest to the dental side). 4.5 stars, but kept it at 4 until I can tell if it was worth $200.

My biggest disappointment was not only the outcome, but also the lack of follow-up. After both appointments, I was NEVER contacted to see how i was healing or whether I had any concerns. As a client making a significant financial investment, I expected a higher level of communication and aftercare. I understand that every injector has a different approach and every patient may have a different experience. Unfortunately, mine did not meet my expectations, and I wish I had received more personalized care and follow-up through the process. Based on my experience, I would never return.

She made sure I was comfortable the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed. She also explained step by step what was being done and the benefits of everything she was doing. While I was getting my facial she had relaxing music, and the products smell so clean and fresh that it added to the experience. I was literally blown away by the procedure as well as the results. My skin was instantly refreshed and looked so nice I don't even find the need to wear makeup. I will definitely be coming back for more services.
