Ive seen some reviews from people complaining about wait times, but keep in mind that in order for them to do your tattoo removal at such a affordable price, they need to book as many people as possible. The price seemed reasonable for unlimited sessions for full removal. I had to take a long break after my first session when I had my daughter but Removery let me pick up right where I left off. I'm 4 sessions in now and the results have been amazing. Where this location really shines is the staff. Natisha and Nurse Ash have been nothing but kind and professional every time I come in. They always prebook my next appointment which you should take advantage of because they can book up for weeks. I'm not going to lie, tattoo removal hurts, bad. However, Nurse Ash is fast at what she does but also accommodating if you need a short break. I have been very happy with the results. I'm so happy with the results. My make up no longer accentuates my frown lines between my brows by the end of the day, and my forehead is smoother like in my 20s. During the consultation we talked about lip filler. Again, Starla was great at explaining everything and understood what I was looking for: something that accentuated what I had, but still natural looking. My lip filler appointment was today and she nailed it. I was worried about the pain, but it was completely easy and almost painless. She took her time and I love the results (understanding there is a little swelling at the moment). They also started offering a membership which I have joined. Long story short, each month you can have an amount taken automatically out of your bank account and create what I told my husband was my "self care piggy bank". You get a discount on services, but also can use this piggy bank for future services. Somewhat like a prepaid payment plan. I love this idea, especially if you plan on continuing services and coming back for touch ups later. I'm so happy I found this place and Starla. I've been telling anyone who will listen that they need to check out what services DA provides. Next, I'm going to have to ask Starla about Kybella for my double chin. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lena did my treatment. She seemed knowledgeable and told me about options and expectations. We discussed what I wanted done before she started. Room had a tv angled from the ceiling so you can watch it comfortably while laying down. She starts with measurements and pictures, does some markings on the stomach (may not be necessary for other body parts) and then sprays the cold cryo stuff on. That part was pretty quick. Then I laid down and she did my face/neck. When applying a serum + sunscreen afterward, she massaged it in and that was nice and relaxing. She's very gentle and checks in frequently to make sure you feel ok/it's not hurting. Finally, I chose to end with EMS. They described it as vibrations that are equivalent to 1,000 crunches. Another option is to use metal tools similar to a gua sha. Overall, took about 1.5 hrs. Front waiting area is a bit small. Can only fit 4 people sitting, but really just 2 comfortably (2 chairs and 1 small couch). They have a small fridge with waters and some snacks above it. I'm going to wait at least a few days to see if I have any noticeable results. They recommended 10 sessions, which is $2k if booked as a package. While I would love the see the results of that many sessions, it's difficult for me to take off that often from work and have sitters for my kids.. so we'll see. Buuuut, the staff made for an excellent first experience and I would recommend giving them a try (at least for the aesthetics stuff; I can't attest to the dental side). 4.5 stars, but kept it at 4 until I can tell if it was worth $200.
