So, the staff from the time I scheduled my consultation.. to changing my existing schedules have been very good and more than I have expected. The only thing I wanna point out is that, I was pretty nervous for my firsT appointment. I've had laser hair appointment in the past in a different clinic, and when I tell them that it burns, they listen and lower down the setting. Although... with laseraway (this clinic), I stated a few times to the nurse that it burns but her response to me was "oh you're already on a low setting, & it'll only get higher the following times you come back". It kinda makes me hesitate on scheduling my appointment when they don't listen much. Given, maybe it was because I haven't had it done in a long time. But with my previous clinic, they would make the air colder to help with the pain. It was just a really painful first experience for me in this clinic. But overall, they are all nice. Even the nurse who took care of me. I was a bit hesistant cause I was always dealing with techs at the previous one, and this time they are RNs so tipping was a little bit on the edge. Nestled in the heart of Town Square is this super cute and well-styled Laser Away location. When I first walked in, Eric greeted me with a huge smile on his face, checked me in, and offered me a water. They have nice cozy sitting area with this awesome brick wall that is totes Instagram worthy. My nurse Lesha got me and walked me back to a clean, white exam room. I was there for an IPL Photofacial so she took "before" pictures of my face, laid me back, put some cool goggles on me, and prepped my skin. She applied ultrasound jelly and began my treatment. The whole time she was extremely considerate asking my pain level and if I was ok. The treatment was quick and not as painful as I expected! She then applied a cooling face mask (just what I needed!) and let me chill for a bit. Lastly, she put some sunscreen on my face and walked me back out. My experience with her was fantastic and I will be asking for her again by name for my next treatment. To my surprise, Eric was waiting for me with a gift bag and thanking me for coming in. I bought a Groupon for their IPL for $112 for three treatments. I called to schedule an appt. and left a voicemail. They never returned my call. I called a couple days later and someone answered and I scheduled an appt for a consultation for that day. I went in and she told me if I went to yelp I'd get a discount, btw. Then I waited and waited with a very nice woman until the doctor/nurse came in. I've had IPL done 10-12 times in the past 1-3 years. The doctor/nurse told me that she thought I had melasma, which she didn't think would make me a good candidate for IPL. I have seen a dermatologist and have had IPL done by professionals and they've never told me that before. She said she was going to run it by someone else. But she told me for like $1200 they could do some new procedure on me called Clear and Brilliant because it works on all skin tones. I'm a light skinned asian woman with several brown spots on my face. The nice lady and I waited and waited for the nurse lady to come back in and she never came back in. So the lady who waited with me told me I could leave and she'd call me to let me know what they said. Well, guess who never got a phone call back. I don't have a problem with them not thinking I'm a good candidate for their product. I have an issue with their unprofessionalism. Just because I told them I wasn't going to pay $1200 for their new procedure and they didn't think I was a good candidate for IPL, they didn't even bother to call me back AND left me waiting in the room. I will NOT recommend your company to anyone because your professionalism and customer service sucks, yes, and I have already posted on my FB to stay away from your unprofessional, greedy company and got a refund. read more

Don't waste your money. Check the reviews on the internet before you purchase anything. Across the country, people are complaining about the same things. There is no consistency between the quality of treatments , the hair removal is ineffective, and their attempt to make things right is limited to two additional treatments. I told my salesperson about hormone treatments that I was taking. She said nothing and sold me multiple packages. Now, when I have voiced my lack of progress, I am told that the problem is my hormone treatments. When I asked why a salesperson would sell me something that they knew, outright, would most likely not be affective, I get silence. Most of my treatments were in CA. I have only been at the LV location since June. That aside, the staff in both states have always been very friendly. I only take issue with their quality of service. Also, do NOT get Botox here. Their prices are insane! They wanted $1300 but I got the same thing done at a medspa for $400. read more

With any treatment, I get nervous but they are great at keeping conversations light and doing their jobs efficiently. ALSO what made me feel better is knowing the nurses are trained with schooling and more than serval years of experience (some of the med-spas in Las Vegas that offer similar services do not require nurses to have extensive training so you have to be careful and do your research!) For any procedure, they will provide information about before and after BUT my recommendation is to communicate clearly concerns/wants and ask lots of questions about the procedure. This way you can have realistic expectations of results and understand the potential risks. I also recommend looking for their deals throughout the year (usually around major holidays). Usually waiting will get you a great bundle or package deal. I have gone through the laser treatment (underarm, Brazilian, upper and lower leg) and Botox - will definitely go back for other treatments in the future. read more

The staff is very kind and welcoming so my rating isn't a reflection of them but instead of the service. I just finished my treatment, I got my underarms and Brazilian done and all I can say is that I paid 2k for my hair to be thinned rather than removed. I did have thick hair walking in but they reassured me that the thicker the better but after finishing my treatment I still have 80 to 90% of my hair. Although it is thinner all I can say is that I am not happy at all with the treatment and when I expressed my dissatisfaction they told me that I could pay for some maintenance services. I refused because I already wasted my money thinking I'd get the results I wanted and Im not about to waste any more.
