Upon my arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. She offered me water and invited me to have a seat in their comfy little waiting space. I am honestly si happy with my laser hair removal results, I have tried a few other places and the results haven't been so noticeable, then I got pregnant and had to start from scratch after I finished breastfeeding. I finished an 8 session package and don't really grow any hair in the areas, and whatever I do grow are hardly noticeable so I can get away with not shaving for a while. I bought a 3 package for maintenance. Paige was very well informed and kind but the truth is she did try to upsell me and gave me a great pitch on how what i purchased wouldn't suit my needs. Ideally its not what anyone wants to hear or that you need to spend another $1,200 to have great skin, but again she did a great job of explaining to me the other lasers and benefits and what she thought was best suited for me. A month ago I came to the UES location to get botox in my forehead. Asked to be frozen and got 30 units. My forehead does not look frozen at all and the eyebrows look weird. I called to come for a check up. Talked to Vanessa. After that she called me couple of times about my appointment. My appointment was at 6:30pm I was late 3 mins and when I came the front desk person told me to wait until she finishes her call. She was on the phone. Waited untill 6:37pm then she told me I'm late 7 mins and that I just lost my appointment cuz of that. I was shocked and I told her I was late only 3 mins and other 4 mins I was waiting for her to end up the phone call that she was on. She said I have to come back in 3 weeks when is the next available appointment, but different location!! What?!?!? She also said I was booked for consultation only which gave me 5 mins frame time! Weird cuz I was clear telling Vanessa on the phone that I need a check up and she knew it!! Next to her was sitting other front desk girl, her name was Vanessa so she was the one who booked the apt for me and knew the whole situation. She didn't say a word. When I asked her: Vanessa can you explain your coworker why im coming for, she told me she can't say anything because she just clocked out and waiting for her uber! What!?!?!?! I told them I am managing a business myself and this is not professional at all. She obviously doesn't care about her job at all! So I traveled almost an hour just to be told come back in 3 weeks to a different location because you are late 3 mins!!! And that girl Vanessa doesn't deserve that job, very unprofessional! I bought the Groupon for IPL back in July. Today is OCTOBER 1st and I have yet to have my first appointment. It was finally supposed to be this weekend but just got a call that the machine is down, and all other locations are booked. Would have to wait weeks again. In the past they cancelled and rescheduled other appointments of mine. They are always a month away and then right before there is some excuse to cancel it. One time I was in the chair ready to have it done and then told I had to reschedule due to a medication I took (a medication I was TOLD to take by staff). I've also received conflicting reports about how long before the treatment I should stop using my acne medication. Everyone has a different answer. I really don't feel comfortable anymore letting any one who works here near my face with a needle or laser and am currently fighting with Groupon to try and get my money back since this establishment marked me as redeemed in July. read more

This pkace is a scam. Do not go here for tattoo removal they will prolong the process for years to continue charging you. When I finally complained about the absurd process one of the people in charge said the receptionist had been scheduling the appointments too close together.....for 18 months. I consulted an actual professional on this and they said the timing wasn't the issue, they just we're not removing the tattoo at any speed they should be. I've never posted anything on yelp in my life, I created an account just for laser away because they're trash.
