    This was my 3rd visit to Peachy (but my first to this location) and I love the concept and have always been happy with the results. This location in particular is so convenient for me to where I work so it seemed like a no brainier to try it out. I am disappointed to say this was probably the worst Peachy treatment experience that I have had (still not bad but not as good as my previous ones). This time there were actually several injections that hurt, not just a little sting but actually painful. When I walked out of my treatment I was very red and pretty swollen in places and this didn't calm down after icing for 15 minutes. I woke up the next day with 8 bruises (especially bad around my eyes) which has never happened before. The bruising was so bad that even with corrector, concealer and a tinted moisturizer people have asked me about it. The ones around my left eye in particular were painful to touch which I have not experienced before. I do understand that there is a risk of bruising with the treatment but this amount of bruising seemed excessive, especially mixed with the discomfort of the treatment itself. A minor point but also when I arrived the place smelt very strongly of paint as maintenance was being done. It wasn't the end of the world but the smell was slightly overwhelming. All in all I would recommend Peachy, my previous experience has been AMAZING (and my treatment has lasted about 5 months each time). I may try this location again with a different nurse practitioner as it is just so convenient. If not though both the Brooklyn Heights and West Soho spots are great and everyone I have seen (both for treatments and dose adjustments) have been lovely.     I came here just for a consultation versus a treatment for Botox. I had so many questions, and the nurse answered it all. I even asked the hard one if she got any done at all by peachy. She said tbh, no, but she does retinoid cream, which is what helps with building collagen. She said that if I'm not 100% sure, not to do it since I may regret it later. I was definitely not fully on board, so I am glad that I wasn't coerced to get it or I may have regret. I'm glad that they answered all of my questions, and when I go next time, I'll get it done after much reflection. Please use my referral code brangk. If you would like a $50 discount.

Aesthetically, this looks like an old doctor's office converted to a "spa", to the point when my husband arrived he asked me where I found this place. If you have to use the bathroom they give you a key and it's a dingy shared bathroom in the hallway of the shared office space. The massage room leaves a lot to be desired, they have "relaxing" music playing from a phone on YouTube which gets interrupted by ads or other sounds. You can hear all of the city's sounds during your relaxing massage aka car honking and sirens. The masseuses were good, they check on you to see if you're ok, maybe not overly friendly but that's ok. At the end, when it came time to pay, the receptionist asks if you want to tip, I say yes, expecting a receipt I can write a tip, but she says no just tell me what you want to leave. They should use a different system, it's awkward to announce to a room the tip you're leaving. Overall, the actual massage was pretty good, at some points the towels were too hot and too much pressure for me, but I could have said something. I don't think I would return, but it was an experience.

They clearly don't understand that people work M-F and that canceling is unprofessional and they offered little to no flexibility. I don't recommend.

I decided to book a consultation since I used to get Botox in my masseter (great treatment for TMJ!). They were able to squeeze me in and on the day of my appointment I filled out some paperwork and was on my way to meet with Nadia. Nadia was honest but not pushy whatsoever. She explained how the whole face works together so by putting Botox in my jaw again it would also affect other parts of my face. Overall, she gave me a facial anatomy lesson in 20 minutes. Since we had time I decided to have her perform my treatment right then and there. She was quick, it wasn't painful at all, and I was in and out in under an hour. The prices are fair and they do not try to push you to do anything you're not comfortable doing. My jaw feels great since my treatment and I have the added perk of no more lines in parts of my face.

Then, when I got there, they told me I should either seek help from my dermatologist for it or they would charge me $100 - to repair a problem that they caused!! It seemed like a bait and switch to have me come in just to tell me this. So, though the staff was very nice, I would rather not have my face permanently damaged by something they've caused. Additionally, they overcharged my credit card by $50 and won't refund it. They say I can only use it as a credit - which seems like theft? And it's worth noting that they offer incentives for reviews, so keep that in mind as you research.

I would get the procedure free of charge and they would use my before and after photos (/practice on me.) I knew there is bruising in conjunction with dermal fillers (I get my lips done and bruising in that area is minor and just for a couple of days) but they did not warn me that the undereye area can bruise for upwards of 2 weeks, nor did they inform me that because a follow-up procedure 2 weeks after the first is typical, there is bruising for an ADDITIONAL two weeks. Thus, I was pretty bruised for a whole month. No warning about this. I let it go. However, my main complaint is that they left me with visible bumps and hollowness that looks like a bruise under my right eye. I came in for a THIRD follow up where I was injected with hyaluronidase to attempt removal of the visible bump. At the time, it looked okay, we agreed to give it a few days in case I would need a follow-up, and the doctor took his "after" photos. I attempted to proactively schedule another follow up right after that third appointment but Laureen said she would "look at the doctors calendar" (why wasn't she able to look at the calendar that day ????) and never got back to me until a week later. However, at this point, I still had a visible bump and now this extra hollowness (hyaluronidase continues to work and dissolve filler a little while after it is injected) that looks like a bruise under my right eye. I informed the MedSpa of this along with photos and gave my availability for the week, letting them know that following that week, I will be out of state. No response back from Laureen. None. No apology or attempt to resolve the issue. It is now two weeks that I've had this bump and bruise-like hollowness underneath my right eye. Now, I will be out of state for the rest of the month and will not be able to come in even if they did respond to me, so am forced to have this on my face for the rest of the month. They bruised me up for a month, got their before and after photos while it looked okay in the office and then disappeared when I let them know something was wrong, leaving me looking like this (see photos.) I would avoid getting anything done here. *********UPDATE********* Wow, the audacity of this woman. I don't want to call anyone a liar, but she clearly lacks basic reading and comprehension skills. Let me reiterate and dispute her response to me (as well as a series of passive aggressive texts she sent me privately): -Yes, I clearly mentioned that we exchanged services in my review. I received fillers in exchange for permission to use my likeness. I'm not sure what her point is here. -As I have already mentioned, the doctor took after photos when the results looked okay. A few days later, the bump as well as additional bruise-like hollowness appeared. This is what is shown in my images attached to this review as well as the images I sent her before posting the review. ****THESE ARE THE FINAL RESULTS, NOT THE PHOTOS THEY TOOK BEFORE.**** They say the greatest advertising for a doctor is the work itself - are they really proud of this walking advertisement? (I asked this privately as well to which there was no response.) -Again, as I have said, I knew that bruising was a risk with dermal fillers. My point remains that there was no warning about being bruised FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH in their "extensive" consultation. -Yes, the plan was to follow up as needed but when I tried to set another follow-up, she did not respond back with an appointment date TWICE. For two weeks. Even when I told her I was heading out of state so the appointment would need to be before then. No one "changed their minds" about a follow-up. It is literally not possible now as I will be out of state and the damage has been done. *********2ND UPDATE********* Heads up, they've edited the wording of their original comment. When I walked in, I made it very clear that I wanted this crease completely smoothed out, even if it meant paying for additional units. While Marianna was very pleasant she did not mention that I would need more than 20 units during the appointment. After a few minutes lightly icing my forehead I was on my way. 2 weeks later: there is ZERO change in my 11 "line". The middle of my forehead above the line doesn't wrinkle when I raise my eyebrows, but I have full use of my squint/frown muscles. To be sure, I correctly followed all the post-care instructions (e.g. no bending over or lying down, etc). The very noticeable crease between my eyebrows is still there. UGH. After calling the office, June told me to text her the After photos. Done. Then, June called me to say that the doctor (owner?? who knows, I never met him) looked at my photos and said this was the "desired effect." Sorry, absolutely zero change at all in the problem area was NOT what I asked or paid for. June then stated that 20 units is a start pack. Fine, but why wasn't this told to me during my appointment? Why wasn't there a follow-up appointment scheduled, or at least immediately offered? Why am I on the phone with the receptionist instead of Marianna or the doctor? June then stated that, due to my thick skin (the irony!) I would have needed more units. Great. Again, why wasn't I told this in the office? I made it CRYSTAL CLEAR I would pay for additional units during my initial appointment if my specific case warranted them. The kicker: June sends me the Before photo taken at the office but fails to include the After photo of the same "frowning" facial expression I texted her. Both show the SAME DEEP CREASE. Really, really shady behavior. After I pointed this out, she called an hour later to book me for for a follow-up with "the doctor" (again --who?). The same guy who said this was all the desired effect? I'm leaving for Mexico City in two days, for a month. What's my recourse if "the doctor" gets it wrong? Naturally, I passed. Four hours of my workday already up in smoke. tl;dr: you get what you pay for. Avoid MiracleFace MedSpa and other suspect bargain botox stalls, because if the nurse fails to get it right you're stuck with virtually ZERO recourse should you get ZERO results.
