I just got home from my first time ever getting lip filler and let me tell you my whole experience went so well & overall so sooo smooth. The ladies at the front desk in the Rancho Cucamonga location were so sweet, communicative and beautiful. I want to give a special shout-out to Reshma, who actually did my service. She was the most kind hearted, sweet lady. Reshma guided my breathing and counted down each poke which helped me so much as I was so insanely nervous. LaserAway's first impression left me saying NO WAY! With the beauty industry inundated with professionals, you have to be an exceptional standout. The website forces you into a Google Meet appt and then they didn't even show up. I looked all over the website to find an email and no contact information is given. I called the local number was transferred twice just to get a price that was above average. I originally reached out to them for Botox which I'm happy with. They asked if I had any other concerns and said I was concerned about some spots on my face. They recommended clear and brilliant. They insisted I purchase a 6 treatment package without even taking a look at my skin. On my first treatment the tech looked at my skin and was hesitant to start treatment. She asked me a few questions and told me in my case the treatment could make the spots worse. She had to step outside of the room and consult a doctor or someone with greater experience. She came back and said the Dr said it was ok to start with lowest setting. I gave her the ok and luckily spots didn't get worse however they also didn't improve. My skin did feel softer but that's about all the improvement I saw. The treatments didn't improve my spots. I payed about $1700 for these treatments only to be disappointed. Booking appointments is also a nightmare, they never have any openings. You have to wait 6-8 weeks to get in , yet they recommend you get treated about every 4 weeks, makes no sense ! Girls at the reception are quite rude and unprofessional. Twice I've checked in and have been forgotten about. You have to remind them you're there for an appointment otherwise they go about their business. read more

Honestly I'm rating this place a 1 star. Only for the friendly receptionists. I've spent over $5000 trying to reach results that were promised to me. I finished the 8-10 sessions on my whole body, still had hair, still was thick. Laseraway gives you a fake promise of being hairless, with a laser that is "pain free". I fell for the trap into buying more sessions and it's ridiculous that I still have this much hair. I'm so upset with the amount of money I have spent and the workers there honestly don't give two shits about you just your money. I've brought it up to multiple nurses with hopes of them being able to do something but they only recommended more sessions. It's impossible to book appointments and they never call you for openings, they call you to BUY MORE OF THEIR CRAP. I'm honestly so disgusted with the amount of money they made ripping people off. I'm very displeased, also you can't even cancel or anything you use your credit card to sit in debt to this fake place that promises you a false reality. Pretty sure no one in there knows what they're talking about or the percentages of hair should be gone. It's all a scam honestly unless you're blonde and have a little hair. I'm writing this review specifically for Caresse, RN. She was amazing! This was my 3rd laser treatment for tattoo removal. I've been to this location before and everyone is nice, but I felt Caresse, RN went above and beyond. She was very patient and kind. She helped me figure out how to bring my pain level down (always a plus!) by incorporating the numbing cream with icing prior to laser. This was the fastest and least painful treatment I've had. My tattoos are really heavily inked and over bones, so it not comfortable to get them treated. Caresse, RN, really helped make this as painless as possible! I'm very grateful to her. Nurse Vanessa was amazing! This was my 2nd visit, she made it incredible! She was kind. She was patient. She was thorough. She explained everything in great detail for my aftercare and during the visit. She explained everything that was going to happen. She prepared me. She even had a stress ball during the procedure. I am on session 5 of my underarm laser hair removal treatment and so far I am seeing the following results. My hair is not as thick/coarse anymore, but I am still seeing almost all of the hair regrow. The hairs are looking more like a longer peach fuzz but it is better than how they were prior to starting the sessions. I can "get away" with not shaving for a longer period of time because the hair is not as evident. Of all my sessions I have been most comfortable with Caresse as my laser technician. Prior to starting she confirms that there haven't been any significant changes to medication etc. She will always check in on the temperature to make sure it is tolerable for your skin and will cool your skin down (without the use of the laser) in between which is nice because it gives your skin a good break from the heat. She also warns you when she will be lasering the more sensitive or "spicy" areas. After the treatment, she gives after-care advice as it pertains to your skin and daily routine. I'm not sure where this company learned it's marketing strategy from but I was simply trying to get an idea of pricing online, possibly a list of services just to get an idea to compare prices in the area. Unfortunately, I thought I could just get a price list after including my phone number. This was yesterday afternoon. Big mistake: Since then I have been barraged with NUMEROUS phone calls, emails, and texts. I've lost count of the phone calls and I have blocked each different number identifying themselves as a different person "from Laser Away". I've asked them politely, and now not so politely, to stop calling, and they haven't. I've never experienced a company with such an aggressive, pushy, and intrusive marketing strategy in my life. Omg where to start... the customer service is amazing. Appointments are so easy to make availability to fit my busy schedule. I started seeing results within 3 months. I highly recommend it, unfortunately i had to move cities for my job but they easily transferred me to another office and the process was so quick and easy. They offer payment plans and offers great deals. This is the best decision i have made. There was one incident where the machine broke, and i couldn't do my full treatment so they gave me a full free treatment for my missed treatment.
