I have contacted LaserAway FOUR TIMES in regards to getting a partial refund for a Botox package I purchased. They say they have to escalate it and give it to management or whatever but they never contact you. It's ridiculous how unorganized they are. For all the calls I've had to make and time I've had to waste, the least they could do is give me a full refund. DO NOT purchase any packages from them. I got the Botox package thinking it was a good deal and I wanted to do it to my upper lip. I didn't know that it would make my lip numb and unable to move. Point is I do not/ did not like the feeling and now I no longer need the Botox package I purchased. They told me on the phone the day I purchased it that it was no big deal to get a refund if I didn't like it. What a lie. Laser Away you need to manage better. Don't tell your customers that you will get back to them 24-72hrs later and then not actually do it. read more

My first visit I started with laser hair removal and Botox. I've had Botox before from my dermatologist with great results, but this one was a bad mistake, Ashley tried to remedy the problem, but it wasn't fixable. So far, after 4 visits for leg laser I haven't noticed any difference, and after 3 visits for laser to remove brown spots & red on my face I haven't seen any difference. I suppose it just takes time to see results, so I'm patient. I've liked all the girls who have worked on me, friendly and professional. Do not go here, they're trying extremely hard to remove bad reviews and had mine removed lol, their policy states you cannot get your money back if you pre paid for your services, yet both times we've scheduled, they took our names off the schedule and had to move our appointments with no notice. The only reason we found out was because we called the day before to confirm. They have a 24 hr cancellation policy, otherwise you can't get your money back. Yet....they can cancel on their clients and be an inconvenience with no compensation? This place is extremely unprofessional, and their staff is unprofessional as well, I was told customer service or a manager would reach out to me about this ongoing problem within 24 hours and never got a call. This is going to be long, because every single word comes from deep inside. I never leave reviews because my life is busy, but not this time, this is something else and I need to save people from doing my mistake! I wish There's an option for 0 stars. This took me 1 hour to write, and if you read it, it'll save you thousands of dollars I promise you. You're welcome in advance. So my story begins here: I started laser hair removal treatments with laseraway on April 2021. I purchased the bikini, Brazilian, and underarms treatment package for $2,094. Package includes 8 sessions for each of the areas mentioned above. I was told I need to be consistent to see results and eventually be hair free, that is, to come exactly every 6 weeks for each session, and I did exactly what they said and followed all the instructions they gave me. Well, after I completed 8 sessions which took more than a year to finish, I haven't seen the results that I was promised. They recommended that I purchase more sessions because human bodies and hormones differ from person to person. They also convinced me to buy 8 sessions for my whole legs for a dicounted price if I buy additional 8 sessions for my bikini, Brazilian, and underarms again. All for $3,884. I discussed with them my financial hardship but they offered me an installment plan with Ally, which I can pay $170 every month. And I agreed because I trusted them! The way they explain things is professional so you would be absolutely persuaded. Now after I completed these additional 8 sessions (16 sessions in total for bikini, Brazilian, and underarms) with the 8 sessions for my legs, I am absolutely DISSAPOINTED! I didn't see any promising results and if you look at the amount that I've spent on these treatments you would assume I am hair free, with baby soft skin, full of femininity. BUT NO! I have crazy amount of hair growing as if I never had any single session. It was even better with no sessions at all. Their laser machines are definitely ineffective. This company is such a rip off!!! Literally a rip off. I am broke and in debt to Ally. I want my money back and I tried to contact them several times but they don't care about their customers. They only care about ripping people off and never look back at them to see whether they are satisfied or not. I have tried calling and emailing them but all they do is demand more, convincing me to buy more sessions for maintenance. What type of maintenance they are talking about if their laser machines didn't even do the job it's supposed to do to even get maintenance! They don't even have a line for customer service. They didn't even bother to try and reach a fair resolution with me or offer me complimentary services as what any other company that cares about their customer satisfaction does. They are horrible. I still haven't shaved any of my treated body areas to save them as evidence. If it wasn't for having shame I would post pictures for every single area to show how my $6,000 went down the drain, not to mention the gas expenses commuting to their place. I wish I can go back in time and do things differently, I would never look at this company EVER or spend a SINGLE penny on their cheap machines!
