I paid $1000 and didn't see the hair removal I was promised. I told the RN at the consult I had laser hair removal in the past & it didn't work. She assured me, their lasers would work. After completing all of my sessions, the RN agreed there was still significant hair remaining. A few were gray but several dark hair left. She told me to have the ladies at the front desk put in a ticket for customer service (this would be 1 or 3 times I had to "put in a ticket"). I was contacted by a B.D via email. I explained the situation & he said he would have someone contact me. When weeks went by & I wasn't contacted, I emailed him again & no response. I sent 2 more emails and no response. I called the office again & they put in ticket #2 because I was told there is no one in office that can help me. I got a call back from M. that said she was an RN. I sent her pics & she commented on the gray hair, I explained AGAIN I was told my grays would not be a problem BUT I still had dark hair left. She said her supervisor was wonderful & would call me back. This was well over a month ago and no call back. I called back to speak to M., RN & was told each time she wasn't in the office (this was after they got my name & looked up my chart). I was told to put in a 3rd ticket to have someone contact me. This was several weeks ago and no one ever called me. This company took my money after their representative saw me, saw what my concerns were and told me they could ABSOLUTELY remove my hair with their lasers. Now that they haven't, they have refused to see me in the office & will only allow photos of my hair growth to be sent & say "I can't really tell by the photos" but "someone" will call you back to help you but they never do. This is beyond unacceptable. To ignore a customer, refuse to see me in person so they can see the hair growth (the RN at my last session agreed with me there was significant hair remaining) & have lied that "someone" would call me when they have to know that's not true. Reading other reviews it seems this is common for them to not call back. I have made every effort to contact them to resolve this & they refuse to help. Looks like posting this & going to the BBB is my only option. I just wanted to give a shout out to Vanessa and the receptionist. Vanessa you went the extra mile for me yesterday by icing before the process began. I originally came here and purchased a package for my facial treatment. When I purchased the clear and brilliant Laser package, the counselor recommended me to come in every two weeks for treatment. I accepted and now they can't even fit me into any open spots and want me to COME IN AFTER 5 weeks, because they are oversold on their packages and it makes many customers unable to come in every two weeks. I like their service and the staff are friendly, however, with the lack of open spots it's getting irritating cuz I originally accepted to come in per their recommendation. Definitely not 5 weeks of wait. Amazing service!! I came here to get laser hair removal treatment. I got the treatment done by Judith and she was wonderful. I felt really comfortable the entire time and she kept me updated on the process. I told her where my stubborn hair areas were and she made sure to go over the areas. All the ladies at the front desk are very kind also. My husband was waiting for me in the lobby with my 5 month old baby and they let helped him find an area to do a quick diaper change. I can honestly say that my experience has been great thus far. The lovely women in the front have always treated me with great customer service, they greet me every time with a smile! Customers love to feel acknowledged. Thank you ladies for that ! When it comes to the service I've had about 6 to 7 different nurses. I loved nurse Ashley, however I was told that she no longer works there. Today I go in for my appointment and I was nervous because you just never know what nurse you're going to get. However, today I had the pleasure of meeting nurse Vanessa. She was nothing but amazing!!!! She took her time with me other nurses seem to really rush and not hit all of the areas, but not nurse Vanessa. She seems to really enjoy her job, she was very professional explained the process like it was my first time, she listened to some of my concerns, she addressed them and made sure to hit every area. I've tried laser hair removal at 2 other places and was disappointed with both. They say 3rd time is a charm, so I made a final attempt with Laser Away and couldn't be happier. My phone consultation was during covid and they were so thorough that I didn't feel like I was missing out on the in person consultation. When the day of my appointment came, I was greeted by the friendly and welcoming team at the front desk. We went over what to expect and then I met my nurse/technician. This was the most non-embarrassing, generally kind experience ever. Now, for the results... I'm on my 5th treatment (I bought them 8 session package) and I'm still as excited as I was after that first treatment. I haven't had to shave my underarms for months now, and the brazilian though stubborn comes back lighter and lighter. However if you are CONSIDERING getting laser treatment and simply go on the website to see prices, more info etc you will need to fill out a form with your information before proceeding (sort of a regular practice so I wasn't drawn off at first). But they Don't tell you that right after you fill out the form they call you upwards of 5 times a day to schedule an appointment. Not only calls but texts from different representatives trying to get you scheduled, so blocking the number isn't an option. Just an fyi if you're like me and like to review prices online before booking, I would stay away from their website and get the info elsewhere.
